I saw many reviews and the overall good ratings of Soap Bubble, so I gave it a shot. I stopped around 3:30PM on a Sunday and expected it to be fairly busy - which it was. But they had enough washing and drying machines that this was not an issue for a spontaneous stop. The staff were friendly and helpful when asked. I might be a bit spoiled as the last laundromat I used let you use a credit card at the washer/ dryer itself. Parking is a little difficult - it's not a big lot and it's not easy to navigate. Last wash is at 5 pm and the doors are locked after that - they'll open them for you, but they're locked even for leaving the building, which doesn't feel safe. The individuals with whom we have spoken, I assume are representing this business, have been unhelpful, rude and uncooperative. The most recent problem was that an entire load of our sheets, pillowcases and towels went missing and no one will take responsibility. We have severed our business relationship and instructed our Treasurer to no longer permit this business to charge services to our corporate credit card account. I definitely would NOT recommend this business.
