But they had enough washing and drying machines that this was not an issue for a spontaneous stop. The staff were friendly and helpful when asked. After my wedding, I took her recommendation and used them to take care of my dress (I'm local!) It took about two months for my dress to be complete, but I was very impressed with the process from start to finish (and the staff I worked with!)  A couple weeks after I picked up my dress, I received a card from Angela, the Garment Care Coordinator, with a thank-you note congratulating me on my wedding and a $30 gift card for any future service. I felt confident knowing my dress was in good hands and am so happy that my dress is finally home safe!
