Every step of the process was seamless and well managed. His team was incredibly nice, efficient, and knowledgeable - they even offered to pick me up from the airport when I came for my first appointment and gave me restaurant/hotel recommendations (I flew into Nashville for his services)! He was able to conduct my consult virtually and made me feel at ease in every part of the process. I came to him because I had a huge insecurity about my two front teeth which had old veneers that were too large and discolored compared to the rest of my surrounding teeth in different lighting. He presented me with several different use cases and ideas for enhancing my smile to look more natural and balanced. I couldn't be more pleased with the results!

I wanted a bigger brighter smile that naturally fit my face and I didn't want my teeth to look completely fake. Dr. Nabors and his team absolutely exceeded my expectations. Dr. Nabors is innovative and extremely detail oriented. The best part about him, is he is going to listen and make sure you have the opportunity to share your voice. He will make sure you are comfortable throughout every step of the process. I had ample time to thoroughly review every tooth before, during, and after my veneers. I was so pleasantly surprised with how seamless the entire process was and how much time Dr. Nabors spent to make sure he achieved the results I wanted. Saw Dr.Scott (is a dentist a doctor? maybe, idk they say so, let's not get in the academia conversation here of what degree makes you what) So, Dr.Scott was great (he has great teeth too), went in for a few fillings, and he was like Yanni playing 6 keyboards. He has been doing this shit for a min! Some may say he's quick cause he wanna see more people in the day, and maybe that's right. But im ok with having someone in and out of my mouth QUICKLY! And he's good at that. And he does a great job. The ambiance in the clinic is great, music taste differs, but it's not a night club! Also, Hannah over the phone was great when i had questions. However, my personal experience with the dental hygienist at my very first visit is that she was extremely aggressive. I honestly felt like I was a toilet bowl she was scrubbing the inside of when it came to the tooth polishing process - it was literally comical! I had toothpaste and water all over my face. This is not normal folks! Not to mention how painful the actual cleaning was. She did not use a manual scraping tool but rather an electronic water pick type tool which she was so aggressive with. After I came home my entire mouth was hurting for hours. I brush twice a day and floss every night. I have had nothing but excellent cleanings. But this lady said I had deep pockets that needed to be cleaned. In the past when I have had to have deep cleaning they would anesthetize you...this was not done. She just dug right on in there with her electric cattle prod instrument! So needless to say I will NOT be going back.

I would recommend getting a second opinion from a different dental practice before spending money…read morewith Dr. Watson's office. I was told I desperately needed a mouth gaurd (or invisalign or potentially both) from this office, but after changing dentists, the new one didn't even mention needing one. I brought the subject up and he said he could make one for me at almost a fifth of the cost or even recommend some of the better over-the-counter options. Additionally, Dr. Watson's office doesn't honor requests to see the same hygenist for a cleaning. I rescheduled twice because I wanted to see a specific hygenist, showed up to the appointment, and you guessed it, they didn't have me with the requested hygenist. Not a big deal, but when they went on to say they never would have scheduled this date and time with the hygenist I requested, I decided my time with them was over. Please do not blame long-time patients for your office's mistake. No one apologized. Now they've apparently "lost" my previous x-rays for the new doctor to compare an issue to. Wow. my entire dental history is in one office and there are no images? Unfortunate. On the upside, my new dentist and his office are wonderful.
