She spends most of the session mapping out your brows to make sure they are perfect, symmetric, and exactly what you want. I wasn't gifted with thick brows (naturally sporting the 90s over-plucked look) and my brows look so natural and like real hair, which is exactly what I wanted. Very happy with my new brows!

It hurts a tiny bit in the beginning, but then she used numbing cream on me and the pain was gone. Terri did an excellent job on my Ombre brows and I'm excited to see what they will look like once they are completely healed but just 1 day after procedure they look amazing. While on a weekend getaway with friends in Austin, I was talked into getting a brow lamination and…read moretinting along with the girls and I was hooked! The results looked fabulous and the upkeep was minimal. Not wanting to travel back to Austin every time I needed it redone, my girlfriend did the research and referred me to Gigi. After checking out her Instagram page, I saw another process called Powdering and told her I was interested in both but wanted to her opinion on what would be my better option. After my consultation, I finally opted for Powdering. The process was completely painless (not even minor discomfort) and I came away with the best brows I have EVER had!! Gigi constantly measures and rechecks, then measures again and rechecks again, it's just like in carpentry, measure twice and cut once; after it's too late and she makes sure that's not the case. Let me say she is very precise and at each step she gets your input so she can make any adjustments and in the end you will get the outcome YOU desire. Originally I thought that brow lamination and tinting was the best thing since sliced bread, but Powdering completely blows them out of the water!!!! Gigi is a complete professional and explained the whole process as well as the aftercare required for the best results. She booked my followup appt. a month later to check the results after the healing is complete to adjust the color, shape etc. if need be. Gigi offers an array of other services, several of which I will be taking her up on that I had no idea existed! I have no doubt you will be as pleased and excited with any service she provides. So do yourself a favor and book an appt., you won't regret it! I will post pics as soon as she sends me the before and after photos after she sets it up on a side by side view.

She must've washed her hands and arms up to her elbows three or four times each time I was there. All of her equipment is protected too. She was careful matching my brow color and touched up my brows twice to get them just right! The only negative I can think of is that the numbing gel didn't seem to work very well. I got maybe 5-8 minutes of numbing so the rest was pretty painful. It could've just been me/my brows not reacting well to it. Everything else was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to her again. She did a fantastic job!
