I'm an avid mountain biker, race several times per year and found myself in Casper do to a death in the family. Without time to pack my own kit I was relieved to find this shop and triple relieved to find halfway decent full suspension bikes at a great rental rate. Thanks guys! I'll be back!

Came here to just get tubes and tires replaced on an old road bike. Seemed to be no problem, the…read moreguy was nice, but said he was pretty full that day and would let me know when i could pick it up. Two days later i get a text to pick up. I find out that they had, without my consent, put on their most expensive race tires and gave me a slight discount because they "had no other tires that would fit the bike ". WTF. Overcharging me by double, plus taking two days to change them is just absolutely ridiculous and horrible business practice. It doesnt end there.. As soon as i got home i realized the back tire was already flat. Had to load it up, drive all the way back, and let them know. No apology, just a 20 min wait to fix it again. Im super pissed about how they handled it. A phone call about the upcharge and lack of generic products would have saved me the time.. but instead i pay $95 and make three trips. I will go to Mountain Sports where I've always had great service from now on.

My husband (a black man) asked what she meant and she laughed it off and said "oh you know, you guys are always running late. My friends also call it Mexican time sometimes". He was patient and very knowledgeable. And best of all, he was not high pressure. He let us take our time to look at all of their available trailers to see what fit our needs best. We worked with Caleb for the financing, we appreciated his patience as well, making sure he answered all of our questions about what we were signing. Then there was Spiros...he was amazing!! He set up our new hitch, then went through everything from top to bottom about our new trailer. We honestly were wowed from the moment we walked in the door, until we walked out and pulled away. I requested via email to cancel the warranty the first week in May... ( have proof of the email thread ) It's now July, and I believe they are dodging me to give my refund.. Dustin has not been returning my calls, and Alan keeps telling me to call Dustin... In my opinion I'm being dodged... I even called the warranty company... who said " get the refund from the dealership.. So I wait... maybe another option seems appropriate I have nothing good to say about this experience. No good rating until I see results.
