We were hoping to get a drink, but the manager appeared to be unable to manage his staff. 1st we were ignored by approx. 6 people who did not acknowledge us. The managef came out and stood there. I asked if he could get us a drink. He pointed an employee who was working, and told me to wait for him to get it, meanwhile he just stood there doing nothing. 10 min later the other employee finished with his line of customers and the manager told him to go in the back. Paid to jump for an hour over the weekend. Rate was $12 for people over 46 inches and $10 under 46 inches. You need the special socks to jump, costs $2 and you get to keep it. Just wash and re-wear if you plan on jumping here again. They sectioned off an area for children under 46 inches which was perfect for a 14 month old child that came with my group. 1 hour was plenty sufficient for my group. It was my first time jumping on trampolines and I didn't expect to feel so tired after jumping...15 seconds in. Wow. The foam pits are nice and soft, but you get tired trying to move across it too. You might be sore the following day lol. There's also a small section with a trampoline with basketball hoop on top. They have icee drinks and other snacks/candies for sale there. An upper floor with tables for ppl to host bday parties or eat. There are special rates for certain days, check their website to see more details. read more

We were welcomed by Jake. We paid for 1/2 hour and jumped for 50 min. It was my grand daughters birthday. we had spent the day at home in Rolling hills, made homemade pizza and cake. She and my daughter had been waiting for some time to go to jump craze. This turned out to be a perfect way to end the day and celebrate her 8th birthday. Jake ended the exit with, "Happy birthday". My kids love coming to Jump Craze when we visit grandpa. They started their jumping tradition last year. You do need special socks to jump. They especially like the foam pit where they get stuck in it. I even enjoyed jumping last year, sadly can't this year I am pregnant, but they loved it. I'd recommend this business. It'd probably be a good birthday venue and something to do on a colder day or a non-school day. read more
