He pointed an employee who was working, and told me to wait for him to get it, meanwhile he just stood there doing nothing. 10 min later the other employee finished with his line of customers and the manager told him to go in the back. I took my daughter and stayed in their cottage, which is awesome. Extremely spacious, clean, well appointed and convenient. Literally steps from the fly shop! We booked a full day and were lucky enough to have JJ as our guide. He knew every part of the water, and was very patient and helpful for my 10 year old daughter. We had so much fun and a wonderful experience. Definitely use them!

Had a very nice kitchen with all the appliances that allowed us to cook breakfast each morning, and a small grill outside that we grilled steaks on in the evening. Beds were very roomy and comfortable. Did not matter who was in the fly shop, they were all very helpful and knowledgeable. The guide we were set up with was Eric Anderson. My friend had never fly fished before and I am still a beginner. Eric had all the patience in the world with us and after a brief casting lessen, my friend caught a beautiful 17" rainbow on his first cast! We caught many more even though we missed a lot of "eats". Already planning a trip back next spring. These people really know their stuff!

It's a great place to really stretch your legs and admire a place that was a huge importance in the history of settlers travel west in the hopes of having the American dream of having something greater than what they left behind. Independence Rock is climbable but it's definitely a climb at your own risk no signs are posted but my husband didn't have a problem going to the top. Btw it's Free!!! Remember to close the gate.

He communicated with me proactively throughout the entire process - even sending me photos as the food was being prepared. Rob delivered the food to my friend's family himself and let me know once it had been delivered. I live in Denver and was completely unfamiliar with the catering services available in Casper. I'm so grateful I found Caputa's Catering. Rob really took care of everything from start to finish on relatively short notice, and my friend said the food was fantastic. I have been fly fishing for 10 years but was new to the area, so I wanted a guide to help me get on the fish. Unfortunately, it stormed the night before and we didn't catch anything, but I can't say enough good things about my guide. Bruce Bauer worked his butt off to get us on fish, taking us to multiple locations and taking the time to show me the area. He even fixed some of my bad casting habits and was just so much fun to fish with. Bruce was personable, easy to talk to, and I really enjoyed my time. I will definitely be coming back to do a full guided trip with him!
