    Koi pond
    Cheri B.

Check in was very easy and exterior doors had huge letters so you could go in the one that was closest to your room which was super comfy! Our room had two doors, one of which connected you to the inner area that had the pool and hot tubs. There were 6 hot tubs and one large pool. Breakfast consisted of the normal (eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, and yogurt) but the pancake maker was broken. There was a a pond with koi fish that could be fed twice a day.

I can see what this place might have been a few years ago. The idea of a cabin style hotel is really cool. It seems like when it was brand new that it was really well done. My family stayed in the king apartment suite. The private balcony was awesome for kids; complete with a view of the pool, and lobby. The room is spacious and can easily sleep a good size family. Unfortunately I do have serious complaints about the cleanliness of this hotel. At first glance it doesn't seem bad... closer views scared me. The carpet was littered with bits and pieces of who knows what. Nothing looked truly wiped down. Especially the doors. The locks were smeared with...? Ick! The pullout bed was filled with crumbs and filth. Not to mention the terrible stains all over the mattress inside. The lobby was beautiful but my opinion was lowered quickly by the mud puddles surrounding the hot tubs and the hair clumps nearby. Although the woman working the desk was very friendly, she made it very clear that she was the only person working that night. We had to make 3 separate trips for "cribs" and bedding for the pull out bed. The "cribs" are battered, filthy and dangerous. The one intended for my daughter had broken poles that stuck out through the fabric. She didn't use it. And lastly... the breakfast spread looks good. They have a great variety. My kids were very impressed by the robotic pancake machine. I am not impressed by the food poisoning that was experienced by all of my kids on the 9 hour car ride home. It could be great but they need better housekeeping staff and a deep deep cleaning to make that happen.

Had a nice stay here. Unfortunately we didn't get the chance to utilize the hot tubs but they looked nice! It was a super cute hotel. Wish we could have spent more time to enjoy the amenities.

This place is awesome! Indoor pool, dive hot tubs, one float tub, huge log cabin, rustic, awesome pics, great lounge and lobby, cobble stone fireplace, free breakfast, noon check out and pool open until 11pm. Great blend between hotel and lodge!

Really cool hotel. We really loved the decor and koi pond. The "private" hot tubs were great. The pool was large. The breakfast was really good and our room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Colin at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. I really have no complaints. Price wasn't bad either.

    Interior Overview

We were in the Casper area, and decided to give the C'mon Inn a try. The hotel & suites is a beautiful rustic-style property with easy on/off access from Interstate 25. The western-themed lobby is inviting when entering the building. It has gorgeous dual fireplaces which would be wonderful to sit by in cooler weather. The comfortable leather seatings and attractive decor complete the inviting lobby area. Upon entering the hotel, one smells a hint of chlorine, as they have five hot tubs and two indoor pools in the expansive, open area just past the lobby & front desk. The smell of chlorine is not obtrusive or overbearing. There is a beautiful waterfall which drops into a large koi pond which is filled with many beautiful, colorful specimens of koi. Twice a day, one can purchase a packet of koi food to feed the koi yourself. The guest room/courtyard areas are like being in a giant mountain lodge with the majestic woodwork exposed. There are various wildlife taxidermy figures throughout the public area of the building. There are three floors of rooms, with each having comfortable lounging chairs just outside the rooms overlooking the courtyard area. Our guest room was of good size and in excellent, clean order. The C'mon Inn also provides free WiFi for its guests along with an exercise room and a game room. They offer a complimentary breakfast, which is served from 6 am to 10 am every morning. The hot food selections included freshly prepared bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy and home-style potatoes. Besides hot items, they have cereals, yogurts, muffins & breads for a lighter breakfast. The breakfast staff was very friendly and cordial. Everything was of excellent quality. Overall, this is one of the nicest properties to stay at in the area. Should we return to Casper, we would definitely stay here again.

Great place, very clean, SUPER friendly staff. The guy & girl, especially the girl, working the front desk on 8/9 PM deserve accolades. She was SO friendly & helpful. Indoor koi pond where you can feed the fish; our girls liked that part. Was an excellent stop on our route and we had wished we had an extra night here vs. some of the other places we visited due to the amenities.

I'm rating a 2, only because the atmosphere outside of the rooms is so great. We bought a king deluxe suite, room 313. It is vary large and spacious, private balcony, kitchen, and separate king room. Now the actual cleanliness is the problem. Our room was filthy. Dried food on the kitchen floor. No dish soap, dish towels, or paper towels. Smears all over everything. Black mold in the shower. We had to hunt down house keeping to get more bathroom towels. As ours only had 2 available. Our sheets were put on inside out. For the price of the room each day, I expected something cleaner than what we got. This hotel needs an overhaul on housekeeping

I'll get right to the point, I guess. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because I feel like the rooms aren't very clean and they're a tad outdated. Truthfully, I wish I could give 3.5 stars. I've stayed in the two room deluxe suite with the living area, and the basic king bed room. The suite was cleaner, but just cheaply constructed. My MIL leaned on the wall, and it actually moved. The pool area was also freezing and dirty as well. I hate complaining, but very disappointed for the price.. The staff is always friendly (Thank you!), the breakfast is better than average! Beds are comfy! My toddler loves feeding the fish!

This is a wonderful hotel! Kathleen took great care of us, brought us extra bedding, and had an infectious happiness. We love the C'mon Inn in Missoula and Bozeman (Billings is okay) and the Casper hotel is great too. The staff really pushed it up a notch. The pool was a little cold, as all of these hotels seem to be, but we really enjoyed ourselves.

We stopped from the night after traveling for a football game and service was great, room was clean as well as good location and breakfast the next day was still available thanks to the ladies serving!!Tip those ladies people, I realize that's their job right now thanks to Covid but it's because of their patience and hustle that make that breakfast possible! Will definitely recommend and stay again

This come on in ..is extraordinary in so many ways....the front desk staff couldn't be more helpful....last night our TV had no sound....the front desk clerk was so helpful..she herself came to our room and attempted to fix..after several attempts she made arrangements to move us to a suite upstairs..which is an upgrade from the executive king suite we had already purchased for 2 nights!! She said there would be no additional charge for this for both nights...the new room not only has a working television but 2 working televisions!! Jet tub and separate shower...full kitchen with cooking tools...OUTSTANDING service...at my all time favorite home away from home.....even more than it already was!! Thank you so much..my husband also loves the breakfast

They tried giving me another room and even offered to have me smell other rooms for a suitable one, which was nice. I looked at another one and went in and the bathroom smelled like body odor super bad. I decided to stick with my room because body odor smells way worse to me than the smell in my room. They ended up selling out so I couldn't change rooms but they sent the maintenance guy to come fix it. It worked for about 12 hours. He pulled hair and gunk out of the shower drain and sink drain and I was just happy to see someone try. I got back from work Tuesday and the same body odor smell was filling my bathroom. I wanted to hurl. And I don't have a great nose, the smell is just so unbearable. I ended up cleaning my own shower last night so that I could take a shower this morning. I went to work today and came back and the same smell from the first night that the maintenance guy fixed. I mean I think it's the worst smell I've witnessed in a hotel, and body odor is the grossest. Both equally unbearable. I'm here until Friday so I'm just going to deal with it since my job paid for it, but I will be advising that our leadership avoid booking our workers here because this isn't a fixable problem. It's clearly the drains or the air system pushing these smells through. I really wanted this work trip to be a good experience but the room situation just killed it for me. I didn't call today about the smell coming back since I'm pretty sure they already did everything they could do, and even if I was moved to another room, I would never stay here again because two rooms I looked at smelled so horrible and it seems like the showers are not being cleaned and there's either a drain problem or a air circulation problem. I shouldn't have to worry about it, but it is what it is. If it was my money being spent, I would ask for my money back and go somewhere else, but I'm not able to do that since it's for my job. Two stars since the front desk staff are all excellent and so was the maintenance guy.

I stay in hotels on regular basis and just in the last year I frequented a variety of them throughout the US and abroad. This breakfast buffet was represented very well.
