We purchased a travel trailer here a few weeks ago, and we are so excited for our new adventures. Chris was our salesman, and we would highly recommend him over and over again. He was patient and very knowledgeable. And best of all, he was not high pressure. He let us take our time to look at all of their available trailers to see what fit our needs best. We worked with Caleb for the financing, we appreciated his patience as well, making sure he answered all of our questions about what we were signing. Then there was Spiros...he was amazing!! He set up our new hitch, then went through everything from top to bottom about our new trailer. We honestly were wowed from the moment we walked in the door, until we walked out and pulled away. Their service department are screwups and thieves. I took my RV in for work on a slide out and the heater. When I got it back none of the slide outs would work and i was told that they didn't touch any of that, so it was my problem ignoring the fact that they had in fact operated the slides to repair the leak. They did tell me that for an additional cost they would schedule an appointment to look at it. The service manager is disrespectful condescending and try's to bully his way out of responsibility. Even though the team was incredibly busy with repairs they went out of their way to fit us in last minute. I've brought my camper in there several times and usually have a fair experience. The prices are outrageous. This last time a service technician named Ron. I think that's his name. Was so rude. So dismissive. Every question I asked I was completely putting him out. My camper was supposedly fixed and then they drag it out and he just leaves me in the parking lot without checking anything. so rude, arrogant, and dismissive. I'm all about supporting businesses in Casper but when they treat their customers like this I will not return to do business. I would rather pull my camper back to Cheyenne then receive local service from Sonnys a THIRD time. If you come here for service take photos & a video of your entire camper before you leave it. I didn't and that was one mistake. I brought my camper to Sonnys to have them fix hail damage. The first time i took it in i told the service writer if they found any damage other then what was on the list to fix it. Simple, right? Two months later we go back to pick it up. We took it home and as soon as we parked it we started noticing hail damages that were not fixed yet they were made aware of upon us dropping the camper off and were very visually obvious. So I called Sonnys again and made an appointment to have it brought back in. I even took photos of everything that needed fixed. When we got there I went in and talked to the new service writer, Brian Foote and showed him the photos. I asked him if he wanted to go over the camper with us in person to make sure he got everything this round and he declined. So we left and a couple days later I get a call from Brian about some pricing and he tells me the camper is also ready for pickup. So we go back out there and have the forklift driver bring our camper up so we can look it over to make sure everything is fixed. It wasn't. There was so much stuff that was missed. So Brian sends the service tech out with me to go over what else was missed. The service tech tells me half the stuff i point out isn't even on the worksheet. As i am finishing up things with the service tech I noticed that our ladder is bent. I bring it to Brian's attention to which he and the other service writer, Jeff both laughed and say, "yea it probably won't be the first or last time that happens here". Real professional. Couple days later I call in to see if they found the videos of my camper from when we brought it in. Brian found the 2nd video and said there was no video of when we first brought it here so there's nothing they can do about the ladder. I know my ladder wasn't bent because I take extremely good care of my camper. You can tell the ladder was backed into something. I finally got to pick my camper up today and i go and look it over and there is STILL one thing that was missed. I was also surprised by the fact that when we picked it up no one came out to go over it with us, to help us hook it up, etc. As a customer I spent over $3000 here and my overall experience with their service was absolutely terrible and unprofessional and i will not be back. read more

We were traveling from Memphis with our 4 kids when our manual back slide track completely broke. We have an older camper so unfortunately the parts needed to really fix it would have to be ordered and would take a couple of weeks. With the help of Scotty and Caleb we were able to get enough done to it to at least get on our way. Customer service is absolutely top notch and I'm super thankful for all their help! If we had the time I would definitely stay in the area to get help finishing the job. read more

Neither of us had used a trailer in years, we got good instructions and found the trailer very user friendly. Unsolicited advise to infrequent campers - take a broom and baby wipes. Staff is very unprofessional. The owner was rude with a short temper. Said they would fix some blemishes on my RV after purchasing it, never did. The woman at the front counter was especially unfriendly. When I called to ask to speak with the owner she hung up on me. You are better off finding your RVs someplace else. Omg is all I can say. Called 4 times make sure 100 percent they could do the work on my class a. O absolutely right away Monday morning at 9. Well a one hour repair it's 1:25pm and nothing and they couldn't do the work the promised over the phone they could do. Drove 6 hrs out of my way for a certificate aqua hot repair center. Rented a camper July 10-15 and enjoyed it very much. Knowing that I'm renting a camper I didn't expect a new camper. The camper (#3) I rented was well maintained and everything worked as it should. What a great thing to not have to tent in 95 degree weather. Even rented a generator so I could cool off in the afternoon with A/C. Thanks again and I look forward to renting again next year. My wife and I were on a 60 day RV trip throughout the western United States when our AC unit went out and we discovered we had a water leak in our new 5th wheel that we purchased in another state. After traveling through several cities and states and contacting the local dealers in the area nobody could get us in for several weeks which would not work for us since we had reservations all along our route. We had one day in Casper/Evansville, Wyoming and called Sonnys. They agreed to check our unit out and fixed both problems in a matter of a couple of hours. The staff at Sonny were friendly, professional and took the time to explain everything they did to fix the problems so we know what work was done. I thought their service was top notch because the chances are we would not be returning to the area ever and they went above and beyond the call to ensure we were taken care of. read more

Had someone tell us while we were on the road that our hitch was improperly installed, particularly the sway bar. We had already traveled 2000 miles from Indiana without any problems, but thought we better get it checked out before we traveled on to Yellowstone. Unfortunately it was the Sat before Labor Day, and we weren't sure anyone would be open. We were happy to see that they were, and explained the situation. Sonny was the person we spoke to, he walked out and took a look and said it appeared to be fine to him, but said let's have my hitch specialist take a look. Drove it around to the shop where Tad looked it over, and said it was fine. He assured us that we would be ok, and did not seem at all inconvenienced by us even though they were busy. Very disappointed in our experience with this company. We found out numerous things the salesman lied to us about AFTER signing the papers and then had no choice but to just deal with it. We were suppose to get a new washer and dryer with it and they put in a used one instead. They broke a drawer putting in the washer and dryer. Said they would get us a ladder for the bunk beds and ship it and and after not receiving anything for 3 weeks, I call and they tell me it doesn't come with it- really?? These people are only interested in selling their RV's and will do and say WHATEVER it takes it do that including being deceitful. They do not care about their customers!!! It doesn't surprise me that you can't find my records. You ordered the wrong shower door handle three times. Not only did you not tighten the connections on the kitchen faucet, you didn't winterize my trailer during storage and almost every fitting is cracked or busted. My trailer has leaked under the kitchen sink, behind the toilet, and between the walls in the shower. I know you did not winterize my trailer because there is no antifreeze coming thru the lines, and if you had flushed the system, you would have noticed the faucet connection. read more

Very disappointed in the toy hauler the Torque. It has spent more time in the service department than we have used if. The Cummings generator will not run. The second time in was in the service department, they told us they had to ship it to Gillete to a qualified tech. The second time Sonnys told us we had to take it to Gillete to Cummings, and they had no record of the generator ever being there!!! We have missed Sturgis and other camp trips with friends with no camper!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED read more
