When I got it back none of the slide outs would work and i was told that they didn't touch any of that, so it was my problem ignoring the fact that they had in fact operated the slides to repair the leak. They did tell me that for an additional cost they would schedule an appointment to look at it. The service manager is disrespectful condescending and try's to bully his way out of responsibility. I requested via email to cancel the warranty the first week in May... ( have proof of the email thread ) It's now July, and I believe they are dodging me to give my refund.. Dustin has not been returning my calls, and Alan keeps telling me to call Dustin... In my opinion I'm being dodged... I even called the warranty company... who said " get the refund from the dealership.. So I wait... maybe another option seems appropriate I have nothing good to say about this experience. No good rating until I see results.

This guy showed up in 30 minutes. It took him about an hour cause it was freaking cold, but he charged me for less than an hours work plus the $3.50 for the male pigtail. There was no other service charge. I don't know if that is always the case or it's just because I was pretty close....but he's honest and he's good at what he does. He also heard my glad hand gasket leaking air and replaced it at no charge. Good to know that there are people out there still willing to do a good job at a more than fair price!!!!
