We have Spectrum for our vacation home. So we get back in our house, make two trips to the Spectrum store to replace our modem. Still have to have a tech out. The previous one had shut off out Internet outside and there was nothing wrong with our router and modem. The new tech had no idea what the previous tech was talking about. So we had a service call in the time of Covid for NO reason! I am so mad! The one star is because when it works,it is fine.
