I called the following day and left a message and got a call back saying they would not be able to come for three weeks due to weather and Christmas. I said in that case let's book it in for after New Year. She said they wouldn't do that because they were bound to be busy. I asked why I should be back of the queue and she said she could maybe book it for later in the week after New Year. So I said fine. I then received an invoice for £162.10, I contacted R Dennis in relation to the over billing and after a long discussion by phone which they stated VAT had to be included I informed them that even with VAT it still did not add up to their invoice price and that I was only prepared to pay the original agreed price of £120 in total and that any error was down to them? I then received a revised invoice for a total of £128.63, in which I will pay just to put closure in what I suspect was a deliberate attempt to over bill on a verbal agreement concerning the above work? I have not received an apology concerning the poor service that I had received? I would caution anyone using this company and if you do then get a written quotation first before allowing then to carry out the work?

I must say in the last year, especially the last few months, there have been a lot of changes for the better in the shop, and the cards have been updated with a lovely range that are a good price and different to everywhere else in this town. As a prospective tenant, they happily show you around a property at a time to suit, and if and when you move in, they dont disturb you at all - in four years they've done the annual property inspections and thats the only time they've bothered me. If you do have an issue, such as a leak, which requires their help, they deal with it quickly and efficiently. They are professional in how they deal with you and are happy to help. Of course, as well as their rental business, they also have a number of properties for sale.

They are very close to town but you can actually drive in and park.There are masses of tiles, some are set out on a series small walls complete with borders etc..This gives you chance to imagine them on your wall. After I chose my tiles we walked around looking at the borders and found a perfect one and it was also on an end of line sale.The staff are helpfull but don't breathe down your nack so you have time to choose in peace. There was also a seperate clearance room.
