Now if this was an isolated incident OK, but unfortunately it appears to be the norm in my case. Annoyingly they also then start to tell me how crap the boiler is and they can of course replace next day for £2300 !! my boiler is only 7 years old and ever since I went back to BG I have had no problems. Suspect they bodged it has it takes a age to fill the bath and water now hot and cold again. They never phoned to renew the insurance has they have alway`s had done in previous years which makes me suspect the system really needs a new part which will cost them if they renew. Stay away they like it all their own way.
