Hired these guys to do a garden makeover. Basically lay stone paving and build some brickwork planters. It is a disaster, there is no other way of putting it.
The stone slabs have been poorly laid, doesn't drain properly and collects water in large puddles. The pointing on the stone is dreadful, the stone stained with cement. Drains that were laid specifically to collect water off the stone are useless.
The whole job took over a month to complete, with guys not turning up, or if they did only for a hour on some days. The finish looks shabby, there is no attention to detail, no care, very little professionalism.
The work cost £2000 over the original quote, and is going to cost me at least £2000 to put put right.
