Didn't have the nerve to ask to my face, but asked over text. I said no, leave things as they are. And he never came back to clean up or haul off all the old cabinets. We ordered a front door in April 2020. We were contacted around November 2020 and were told that our door had arrived, but it was the wrong door. It had been put in the computer incorrectly. They were going to have to place the order again. Due to COVID and circumstances beyond their control we DID FINALLY receive the door in March 2021. When my husband went to install the storm door, we discovered they had ordered us a door that you cannot attach a storm door to. This was emphasized when we ordered the door that we HAD TO HAVE our screen door attach. We were told they could order a piece to add to the door so we could attach our screen door. We waited 2 more months to get the piece. When it arrived, it had not been painted. We paid around $600 originally to have the door and side panels painted and NOW the piece that had to be added because of THEIR mistake now needed to be painted by US? I could have saved $600 if I wanted to paint it. Thankfully, my husband is a great painter and his dad is our contractor. Otherwise, I guess we would have had to hire someone to come out, paint the pieces, and then install them. While the door is beautiful and a great door, the LACK of customer service left us anything but satisfied. I will NEVER order from them again. Save yourself the headache and hassle, go somewhere else. I wish we had.

I have attempted to replace my roof with several local contractors for ~7 years. JC Robinson with Frye roofing asked for the chance to quote my roofing work. Their quote cut the other contractors' quotes in half. Preserving the hidden guttering where other contractors were replacing the hidden guttering with vinyl guttering and changing the slope of the roof. Within a week of signing the contract for work the project manager/foreman and crew showed up promptly as stated at 8 AM for delivery of materials, answering any questions and to begin work. Every available day the crew was there and working by 8 and worked long into the evening. Frye also was able to keep my existing tin roof in place to keep the materials out of the landfill. Having 4 small children running in the yard I was concerning about the roofing materials in the yard, but the crew was exceptionally diligent in cleaning up any materials throughout the day. Frye knocked out the work in just a few days and also was able to accommodate extra requests within the same time frame. Anyone looking for roofing work should immediately consider Frye for their work both residential and commercial.
