After about 6-8 weeks of this, we told the owner, GEORGE WAYNE RUSNAK, that the work needs to begin within a week or we would like a refund. He again promised to come, didn't show without explanation, made excuses, then finally promised us a refund. It took another week to get a refund check, which was followed by a week's worth of text messages asking us not to cash the check, promising to drop off cash instead (which never materialized), and making up various excuses (each text message ending with "God bless you and your family."). When we tried to deposit the check, it was returned for insufficient funds. We will be pursuing action with the authorities. This contractor is fraudulent -- do not use.
