I happened to pass by their office on Friday 7/18/2025 and decided to go inside to follow up. The gentlemen in the office located to the left as you enter the office greeted me. I told him I was waiting on some insurance quotes and was wondering what happened. He stated he would look into it and get to back to me. I provided my contact information again. I received a call on 07/22/25 from an agent and she stated that she would get back to me by the end of the week at the latest. As of today 08/5/25 I have not heard back from their office.

He told me that he's been with Wayne for 30 years and he and Farmers have ALWAYS done him right. Well, a few years later I found out how true that was! My husband and I got into an accident caused by an uninsured, unlicensed, impaired driver that nearly totalled our truck.
