May i respectfully offer a couple of suggestions.
Reduce the amount of pastry in the pasties and pies, way too much, too thick.
Maybe you could try a shortcrust pastry.
Spice them up a bit more, the variety of veg is there, maybe a bit more pumpkin and a LITTLE more pepper.
You just might find the queues at the door increase somewhat read more
