In both appointments, they did not provide a estimated time of arrival. Wednesday arrives and I call plus text them asking when they plan on coming by. When I call, a person picks up and says he will check his schedule and get back to me. I haven't heard back from the company for 4 days now. Despite calling for an update, my calls always go to voicemail now. If you can't do the job or are no longer interested, just let me know so I can find someone else to assist me.
