I went back and they told me there was nothing they could do unless I paid to refill it again, but they offered a small discount. I asked if they checked for leaks before doing the refill, and they couldn't give me a straight answer. Then they told me I should go back to the dealership where I bought the car to fix the AC issue. I feel like this should have been checked before charging me almost $500. Very disappointed with the service and I would not recommend this place for AC work.

Walked in and wasn't greeted in a welcoming manner but asked for Jonathan anyway. Guy at counter (white guy with beard) said Jonathan just stepped out so you can wait for him. Another guy, Steve approached me and asked what I needed. He said "If Jonathan can't help you I will" So I waited at counter and no one even spoke to me. Not the original guy and not the Hispanic man behind the counter (who I learned was Jonathan) never acknowledged me. I felt like a moron standing there so I walked out. Steve immediately approached (as I as on the phone calling Les Schwab) and asked "didn't anyone help you"? I said nope, didn't even acknowledge me. He apologized profusely and said "yeah, it will be at least an hour before we get to you". Why didn't Johnathan just tell me this morning that they were too busy. So here I am, at Les Schwabb, and they couldn't have better customer service. They're getting me in right away as a walk in. Lesson learned.

They hire new younger guys that doesn't take care of customers car like the older folks before. I took my new car in for a tire patch up and the younger guy that was getting the patch up done caused some deep scratches on my rim that I was not happy at all. These younger guys are irresponsible and won't care what happens to your rim. I won't be going back to support them anymore. If your car is new then go somewhere else because they will not take care of your car. Save yourself from the drama that this place will cause for you.
