The service team here is amazing I have the tire warranty package. I put a lot of miles on my car roughly about 5 to 6000 miles a month maybe more and I'm constantly getting nails or issues with my tire from the amount of driving and not once have these guys giving me an issue to warranty any problems I've ever had they're very respectful. They do things in a timely manner. They communicate very well. I would highly recommend getting your tires done at this Goodyear location. Last night, a Goodyear vehicle pulled in front of me within a blink of an eye. Keep in mind I was driving a BIG TRUCK which I normally don't drive and I am a very responsible driver with a FANTASTIC driving record. We all know 5:00 PM traffic is brutal... and that people should be a little more careful with their driving at this time. But my life flashed before my eyes and my heart was bounding. I am very disappointed in whoever the driver is. If he was just a little more patient this anxiousness could've been avoided. This could've been REALLY BAD! learning lesson for me.... Did not rotate tires. They did not tell me before I left with my car and noticed when I got home. I called Goodyear and the rep claimed tread was too low on front tires. All 4 tires were replaced less than a year ago and have the same wear all round. The price of rotate is built into the price, so if you get your oil changed there you are over paying by 15 to $25 if they do not rotate your tires. The tech is just lazy. read more

This place is run by purely ignorant and could care less about the customer. I took my truck in for breaks and a oil leak. I got 1 phone call asking me where my wheel lock key is. 1 phone call. So they take it off the rack and set it aside. Didn't check the oil leak, didn't even call a few times because I needed breaks and rotors. So they lost that money off the jump and didn't check for the leak which could have been more $$. Don't go to this place. Lazy lackadaisical people. I'll never go there if my tire was flat and I would drive by on a flat from this place. Totally wouldn't trust my bicycle with these people. read more

Sent in my car to get new tires put on and when I received my car, all my wheels had been scratched from them mounting and dismounting the tire and putting the rim on the vehicle. He told me they came in that way and starting insulting me . I walked out and next day I had to call the main corp. Will not be back or will not recommend them to anybody. read more

My Friday was busier than usual, so my wife did me a huge favor by calling around to local shops to see if they could squeeze me in for a quick oil change. Most said no, but she spoke to a gentleman at this location who said that as long as the vehicle arrived before 6:00 PM, they could make it happen. This was great news, and I felt grateful that they would accommodate me knowing they close at 6:30 PM. I got there as fast as I could and walked in at 5:50 PM. When I entered the office, I saw what I assumed were two male service technicians and one young female front desk administrator who was still assisting a client. No one greeted me as I stood behind the customer for 10 minutes until the customer walked out. It was only then that I was asked how I could be helped. I explained that I needed a simple oil change on my truck. The front desk administrator jokingly responded, "At 6:00 on a Friday?" I then explained the conversation my wife had earlier with the gentleman, he said "if the car was in by 6, the service techs were able to do it" her response to the techs was, "Do you guys think you could do it?" The service techs then responded, "I was about to start cleaning up and shutting things down". Listen, I totally understand and respect the response they had". I'm not even upset that the answer was no--I truly get it. Before walking out, I shared my frustration that three employees were in the office and no one could at least greet me to address what I needed, THUS wasting my time and turning me away after what I thought was going to be a huge blessing for helping me last minute. At least the other shops, who also close at 6:30pm, had the decency to tell my wife they couldn't help over the phone. The sad thing is, I had previously used this location for my older truck. But, I will never go to this location or any other Goodyear location for any vehicle needs. At the end of the day your services provide one of the most valuable tools (vehicles) people need to commute, provide, and accomplish success day end and day out. And I have the utmost respect for individuals who work and provide these types of services for myself and others. But great customer service can truly be the key difference that separates a great business from their competition. Goodyear Corporation needs to seriously consider more or better customer service programs for their employees. It's important to note that this negative review isn't just a reflection on this particular location but ultimately the entire organization as a whole. I was one of those people who actually called in advance to see how long the service (rear tire mounting, balancing, and alignment) would take, instead of showing up right before closing and being upset that they actually had other things going on. My expectations were set appropriately, and the work was done within the time estimated, and actually slightly under budget. They even rebalanced the front wheels without charging for the extra work. The staff was very courteous, and I would not hesitate to take my vehicle here again. The only concern I had was that they didn't have the necessary tools to perform an alignment on my vehicle, since it had certain sensors that apparently can only be serviced by the dealer. read more

I was there today 2/22 there were two guys in the counter. I waited over 10 minutes and no one offered to help me . No one asked what I needed or anything like that. I was ignored not sure why I am a paying customer. First impression are huge I will never take my car there or I will not recommend anyone. Ignoring customers is bad business etiquette. We moved here from Maryland, and this is the second set of tires that I have gotten from this location. John just helped me out today, and he was awesome to work with. They are very courteous, give great service, and stand behind their tires. I would highly recommend buying tires from them. And the employees are wearing masks, and they give you a free pen to sign your agreements with, so you don't have to worry about picking up any germs on the pen. read more

Took my fleet vehicle to this location for service. They are a "full service location" and the closest to my home. After calling and dropping off the vehicle for the day I returned several hours later to still find the check engine light on the dashboard. I commented and they said "well they did an oil change" I asked if they were a full service auto location or if they just did tires and oil changes? They confirmed they are indeed. Full service station - when asked why they didn't fully service the vehicle they began to argue about how it's a "fleet" vehicle and They need authorization to work on the vehicle. I asked if they got authorization for the service they preformed and they said yes?!? I asked if they would actually service the vehicle and the lady wanted to be combative. Since they seem incompetent, unwilling or able to assist, and aggressive to a customer - I will take my business elsewhere and recommend that people stay away from these clowns read more

Very welcoming, honest, respectful and informative. We went to this location Saturday with my two boys, husband and myself. My husband knows his stuff with cars but working full time and a growing family he stoped doing a lot of things he could do on his own and put his trust into someone else without costing an arm and a leg. The person that helped us I wish I knew his name so I could put it in the review! He was outstanding. You can tell when someone loves what they do because then you know it was done not only right but with passion put into it because they have pride in their job. Second time I have been here. Excellent service! First time I went, they patched my tire - no charge (wow!) This time I needed a new tire (ran over some metal) and they were really busy but offered me to leave the tire and they would work it in and call me when it was ready. I didn't have to sit there for hours, did errands and then went back (next day by my choosing) and took me right in and put new tire on, stored spare etc. I feel like they are very honest. They could've told me I needed to buy two tires but they said since my tires are fairly new I really only need to replace the one with the metal in it. read more

Nothing but crooks. My wife took her car in for a slow leak on a tire. The tire was less than two months old and the leak was so small it held air for over three days. Goodyear called and told me i needed a new tire because the shoulder was damaged and luckily they had one in stock. I took the car in for a second look down the road and they showed me where the leak was coming from. It was in the steal belting nowhere near the shoulder. Second time they tired this trick. Very friendly and quick. The gentleman working the desk seemed to be very honest. For example, a lady entered while I was waiting for my tires and she stated she used synthetic oil and the man at the counter said "well let's see if your car needs that".
