we had 3 generations going there for over 10 years. always satisfied. when managed by Johnny now there is George he is a fast talker, and assumed people are stupid he has his pretty girlfriend hanging around behind the desk creating distractoons sitting on his lap, very unprofessional I asked for an itemized bill to justify his inadequate service for over three weeks. now I am chasing them to get my money back. it's unfortunate that Johnny is not there. in my opinion, the new manager will have a long term negative effect on the business. BUYER BEWARE. They lie. Total money hungry snakes. This used to be my go to tire place. Until new management became in place, recently. This young skinny manager guy, lies. He told me he had to charge me ahead of time to order my premium quality tires. Which I did because I used to trust this place. When I went to pick up my car with 4 new tires. He had put cheap off brand ugly tires on my car. But charged me for the brand named tires! I told him I couldn't accept it. He threatened to put my old tires back on my car. I asked him to order the tires I paid for. He kept my car for 4 days! He wouldn't answer my calls. I was left without a car over the weekend and following week. He then called me and lied and said I needed an oil change. I had just had my oil changed and car serviced the previous week. He's a liar and will take all your money and not do the work. He will charge you for quality tires and give you the cheapest tires they have. Don't go here. Horrible experience. read more

avoid at all cost!! they screw around and waste your time, they say they have the parts, have you come in, spend hours waiting to find out the parts are not available. now ive been here for hours, my truck is disassembled and they don't have the basic parts that were "verified" as avaialble. just stay away, do not give them your money or service. read more

There are two Caroline Tire places by me the one on Okeechobee is just awful Paul the manager treated me awfully. He told me my car had to have synthetic oil, it s a Honda civic. I have owned this car since 2014 and NEVER been told that even Kia dealer said that's not necessary. Anyway I said I don't think that's right he promptly pulled out his phone and asked Seri what synthetic oil is and read that to me. Then he turned around and faced the wall for 3 whole minutes. You can't make this up!! This store WAS awsome been going there for years always full of people now it's a ghost town. A year ago I had 1 realy bad experience and just left. Today was the second. I bring my personal and Company Vehicles here for all maintenance and repairs that I need. I've never had to question what they tell me, they've always been very honest and very fair with their pricing. Paul is the manager that I deal with and you can't ask for a nicer experience when having to spend money that you don't necessarily want to be spending. I called at 1130 to order my tires since I knew I would have my toddler with me and didn't want to wait too long. I showed up at 1:30. Instead of telling me that my tires were not there yet they pulled my car up from the road into the garage. After an hour of waiting I asked what was going on and they proceed to tell me that they are waiting on my tires to be delivered. I finally left with my 3 new tires after waiting in a hot garage with a 2 year old after THREE HOURS. Instead of telling me right away that they haven't come in yet and to check in later they let me sit there until I said something. Absolute garbage experience. All they had to do was give me an ETA and I would've come back; instead everyone I asked said it was "not too much longer " "they're 15 minutes away". I've visited this shop at least 4 times in the past few years. They offer new and used tires, but I can only comment on the used tires. I'm very budget-minded, so I always look for the best value in town. These guys are it. Used tires come in pricing brackets according to tread quality. At most, it's $40/tire plus $8 mounting. Who can beat that?? Above all, the guys are always clean, well-mannered and today they were especially welcoming. A precious rarity in Palm Beach County's service industries. They know their way around tires and working efficiently in the shop. Actually, the shop is an open warehouse which they moved into recently. An upgrade from the last warehouse with more light, they're now located on the West side of Indian Rd, not the East side like before. read more

This is was my "Go to place" for many years. I have my entire family and many friends going here. The past couple of years the service has gone down hill. My mother was charged for services she never received . If I hadn't pointed it out to Felix , who was all too happy to take her money, she would have been totally ripped off. I just got 2 tires for my sons car. I noticed the car was shakey and took it back. They never balanced the tires and knocked my car out of alignment. When I bought the tires , I was never even told what they had and the price. They just put them on and have me a ticket for what I owed. I am never ever going back!! read more

Came here the other day for the first time to get 2 of my tires replaced and the customer service was pretty good. I only waited for a good 30 mins and I was good to go with my fresh new tires and no more spare. They were very fast and also made sure everything went well. This is one of the more unfortunate and saddening reviews that I've had to write. However the situation itself at Caroline has become unfortunate. Due to recent management changes in the service department, I will unfortunately no longer be bringing my two vehicles back to the shop. I have been frequenting the shop for five years now. I have referred several friends to the shop for major work over those five years. However due to the new Addition in the service manager department it has become a very sloppy, organized, hostile, rude, argumentative environment. I as a customer do not want to be told I'm wrong, especially when I'm right. and especially when I am more than willing to pay $500 bill every time my vehicle is in that place. I was told I was wrong, even though I knew the problem with my vehicle. I was given a total amount to pay, and that was wrong after doing the math. I was charged a diagnostic fee even though I did the work with the shop. I was told at 10 in the morning my car was done, and upon showing up at 2 PM and getting a ride from my medical office in Boynton to Westpalm, one of the major jobs on the truck was not completed. However I was still charged for that labor. And told I could come back another day. Upon returning the next day and inconveniencing myself, I was told that the problem was another issue. which in my opinion could have been figured out the day before while my truck sat there for six hours after I was told it was finished. The bottom line is this, the new manager is trying to amp up revenue which is understandable, but in doing so there are so many mistakes being made, and now vehicles are not being cared for properly. I wish ownership would just recognize Glenn and put him back in charge because I for-see more and more customers turning away from this place if it keeps being run the way it's run at this current moment in time. They placed the wrong tires on my car. That was over a month ago. They told me to call back the next day while they looked for the correct tires. I've been calling every couple of days since, driving around with a tire that's too large for my car while their manager Paul keeps giving me the run around and now has become unresponsive. I got to my car this morning only to find a partial flat tire. I asked around and Caroline Tire was recommended. From the moment I pulled into their driveway I was warmly greeted by a very friendly manager. It was discovered that the tire had a large screw in it and they proceeded to remove it and place an internal patch. As they were removing the tire from the rim the machine damaged the side wall. They immediately admitted the mistake and put on a brand new Continetal tire to match, balanced and all. I went to pay and I was informed no charge for anything. I pleaded with the manager to let me pay for at least the repair. No way. The owner of the company insisted that it had caused me an inconvenience and they would not accept any payment. It is not an accident or luck that this family run company has been so successful for over 33 years. I highly recommend them. read more

I honestly would never send any person I know to get any work done on their car here. Not only did I have to shell out over $1000, but every single time I had to come back there was more and more wrong with my car and I would have to come back the next day to get it fixed. Not only that, but when I was told the set walking out price I would have to pay, they would change it or "forget" to put some sort of service they did on my car, upping the price when I came to pick it up. They are very unorganized and seem to find any little thing wrong and charge an outstanding price for it. They forgot to tell me important details during the process of fixing my car, like having to jumpstart it or forgetting to clean a cable, which left me with a car that would not start when I got it back from them. When they promise to fix it or make it right, they again charge an outstanding fee and don't even start to include the labor costs. Again, I would never recommend any person to go to this facility to get repairs on their car unless you are ready to have something always wrong with your vehicle and have a couple thousand dollars in your pocket. read more

I've been a customer for a dozen years now, never once have I had a bad experience in any way shape or form at either location. I highly recommend them for any tire service.
