I came in just to replace my 2 front tires (I brought my own tires). As soon as the guy saw the car I was driving, he quoted me $90 each just for the replacement. When I told him that seemed too high, he didn't even bother explaining, he just turned around and walked away, leaving me talking to myself. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I went to another tire shop right after and got the same job done for $40 each with no problem. Clearly, this place is just trying to take advantage of people instead of providing fair service. Definitely won't be coming back or recommending them. read more

Don't recommend this place came for a patch on my tire waited one hour to be seen and when they checked they said they weren't able to fix it because it was 2 inches from the edge. They could've checked when I got there and not wasted my time. On top of that, I watched as one made himself coffee, drank it while holding another person paper work and just walked around with it before getting started. Don't waste your time with them. Go literally anywhere else. $42 for a patch is ridiculous anyways. read more

Clean waiting area with charging ports in case you are going to be waiting for a while is the only plus. As soon as I came in I expected to be greeted but never was . I walked up to the counter to look over to the guy upfront walk over and he looks a bit distracted and well miserable mad couldnt read him lol. He asked for my phone number printed something and made me sign . There was no communication at all very cold . Business is not suppose to be done like this wonder why the place has bad reviews . They dont understand what "total amount" means. Used them to order and install new tires and asked for a total, they leave out the $100 charge for installing the tires. I tell the guy at the counter and he says "well it's not free," great customer service... I went with Goodyear because they were cheaper, with this $100 that they didn't tell me about it makes them more expensive than the other stores I was looking at. I needed an oil change so a friend suggested this place because of a coupon. Well,...it was ok, but the next day I noticed that the guy working on my car left gear above every wheel well. I am generally a fan of Goodyear Tire service centers, but this store and its manager Jesus show little respect for customers with busy schedules. Despite the ability to schedule "appointments" on their website or by telephone, in reality there is no such thing and your car waits in line behind whatever cars are currently being serviced. There is no advantage to "scheduling" an "appointment"; it is all one giant crapshoot. And all Jesus will tell you is that "the average wait time is two hours," whether you are overhauling your engine or, as in my case, replacing a single flat tire. read more

Free is not free at Goodyear. Don't go there an expect them to patch your tire for free. The counter guy Jesus took one look at the tire and said he could not guarantee a free tire repair. The nail was right in the middle of the tire? Went over to Midas down the block, tire is all patched up. Jesus you are full of it brother. The following is a review on the Goodyear page itself. I do not see it posted as of yet so I copied and pasted it here. Thanks I came in, find Jesus on the phone busy. did not approach the counter until he was ready for me. Once he calls me I explain I have a 11 o'clock appt. Next thing out of him is (2 hr. Wait) B.t.w. When I made the appt. online the schedule was clear. I ask him to come see the tire. He immediately says the tire cannot be patched due to how the screw entered the tire, (it was in the middle not the sidewalls). He cannot assure me that in fact it would be free. (I would have tipped the mechanic $10. Or so regardless) Once I said I don't want to do it he just turns around and walks away. No,Thank You for giving us the chance to serve you, NOTHING. B.T.W. I have purchased $500. worth of tires in the same location a yr ago. I left went up the road. Got a patch which was not an issue, wait time less than 15 min. Everything was taken care of with no issues whatsoever. Sorry Goodyear, like the tires, hate the service. Please do not advertise free tire repair and give the customer excuses after. read more
