On September 22, 2025, a **police report was created with the Alachua Police Department involving **Officer Cody Tapnes. After reviewing the situation, I believe the report contained false information related to Jeff Wilks and Katie Wilks. When I contacted the shop to ask about the situation and attempt to resolve the issue, Jeff Wilks was extremely rude on the phone and repeatedly hung up instead of addressing the concerns professionally. Because of the seriousness of what occurred, this matter is now being addressed legally, and the individuals involved will be named in a lawsuit. I strongly encourage others to document everything carefully when dealing with this location. Extremely disappointing experience.

I went by this place the next day. I have 20" x10" Moto Metal rims with 37x13.50 Toyo mud tires. I had an old Toyo tire from the last time I got new tires. I wanted to have one of the old Toyo tires put on the rim to get me through till next payday when I could order some new tires. This place was not able to change the tire. They were able to gouge the rim up pretty good, though. Bill would not even apologize about the gouges, but instead told me that he had not looked at the rim so he could not say whether the gouges were there before. I have three other rims that have not one scratch on them. Also, where the clamps hold the tire there are big gouges along the bead. Bill would not take responsibility for them, either. If this place can mess up a tire change that badly, you should avoid them with anything more intricate. I did end up taking the rim and tire to KC's Auto repair. Knocked it out without any hassle. From now on, that is where I will go if I need some repair work done.
