Not much to say other than bad schedule management, never fast or convenient and quite honestly rather rude about it. I have tried several times to bring my car here and a few years ago used to get pretty good service. Just seems to have stopped caring or have been overwhelmed the last few years. Seem to be angry and don't care if you use them or not. Appear to be more concerned about bigger customers with fleet vehicles and the average person takes a back seat. I use "seems" and "appears" because these are just my personal experiences. I could be wrong and just keep catching people in a bad day so please see for yourself. Really great experience at this store today! I discovered a screw in my tire and called my normal store to fix, but they couldn't fit me in for almost a week. So I started calling around and the Cumming store understood the urgency, and even though they were busy, they said come in. Dropped off my 1991 F-150 that has a 4" lift and 33" tires for an alignment. They did the alignment which many other ships refused to do because of the challenges with twin traction beam suspension systems. Would recommend them because there clearly are knowledgeable technicians there who will work on old equipment. read more

I called and they had options plus said they could get me in and out quickly so I went. Didn't even ask the prices. Got to know the guys as I waited. I was going to give 0 stars, but I realized that I cannot even do that, so 1 star it is. My car had broken down this past Sunday 2/25 & after going to multiple car shops (cause they were all closed) I ended up at Goodyear. I left my car there for them to check it out and received a call maybe about an hour or so later. They told me my radiator was split so coolant was leaking thus the tube that connects it to the engine was not carrying it over and using it. They had also told me my thermostat was stuck and broken. They were going to charge $675 for parts and labor. Like what? Seriously? I declined their offer and ended up getting it towed to another auto shop, Gerrard Japanese Auto Shop, and left it there overnight so they could fix it the next day. After receiving a call from Gerrard Auto Shop they told me that... wait for it... that nothing was wrong with my radiator & my coolant was perfectly fine. They only thing they do have to replace is the tube & the thermostat... Thus my total equalling out to $235. That is more than half the price. I will never be going to Goodyear ever again. They gave me false information and will overprice​ everything. I do HIGHLY recommend that if you do have a Japanese modeled car that you go to Gerrard Japanese Auto Shop located in Sugarhill, GA. read more

Took my car there 4 times for "check engine light" they changed plugs and coils, next time replaced after market plugs with genuine factory parts, still no success. Then decided they needed to change oil (?) . Still didn't work. Suggested I may have to invest another big bucks in another attempt to find problem I gave up on them. Took it to another repair store, they checked internet for repair bulletins, found the problem and repaired it although I still had to invest another $700+ after $850 at this store. Left very frustrated. They did offer to try the 5th time but by then I had enough. read more

the employees there are really honest and professional, here is my experience. my wheel hit something off the road, it caused some damages to the wheel and hubcap, we can see those damages, the shape of the wheel is distorted a little, the pressure is lower. drove it to this service center recommended by one of my neighbors. the employee at the front desk did some initial check and told me that they might change the wheel as damages to the wheel, if that were the case, it would be better for me to go to the dealer as my car is in warranty, I needed the manufactural parts, it would be cheaper for this case if with the dealer. as it is far from the dealer, so I decided to get it fix here, so they helped me to load my spare wheel, and leave that wheel there, they will call the dealer to get the part on Monday, the service department of dealer doesn't work on Sunday. then Surprise, I got a call in the afternoon of Sunday, they told me they fixed my wheel and I am good to go as they found out they could fix it without replacing a new wheel. then I drove my car back, they put the fixed wheel back and I could drive away. do you know how much it cost me to fix the wheel there? $0, zero, I am astonished. they said it is a just a minor favor in this case as the damage is not severe. they are such a group of the honest and professional team. now the condition of the car is great. thanks guys read more

Asked for tires to be rotated and specifically said I did not want an oil change. When I went to pick my car up, car had oil changed and I had to pay $80 for something I didn't even ask for. They either don't do what you ask or do something you didn't ask for and make you pay for it. Absurd. Do not go here. read more

I have had my cars serviced at this location for more than 10 years but I have never been treated as well as I was today. My daughter's Toyota RAV4 was having right front brake issues that needed attention but I was under a time crunch and needed the car back soon. The manager, Scott got my daughter's car in almost immediately and had 3 technicians looking at the car and servicing the brake system. Scott also stood there and watched the process. They solved the issue and did it so quickly in the interest of my time. I really appreciate it and wish I could give Scott and his team 10 stars. Thank you! read more

Outstanding service from a "well oiled machine" group of guys. Always friendly and knowledgeable, honest and reliable.

They have a problem with appointments. I set an appointment online for a specific time. Drove to the location 15 minutes early and was informed that getting an oil change would be an hour to an hour and a half before I would be seen. When I asked why they do not honor their appointments I was informed by the manager that goodyear online does not have a way of checking with the store about availability. Problem is the lack of coordination is as bad as walking in off the street. No offer was made to reschedule or any form of coupon or other compensation for wasting my day on these guys. Absolutely no customer service and no sense of urgency to work with a customer, The only interaction I received was this guy bad mouthing his internet reservation system. read more

Went to get a differential service and they saw it was leaking and they also found a leaking pinion seal as well. Nice of them to be thorough. And they were able to get it all fixed and all the fluids replaced in about a hour and half for about $311 Pretty good service for the price, the manager was nice as well accommodating my hearing issue. read more

My mother had a flat tire and took her car to the shop for fixing. We chose this Good year tire center because of the convenience. She was watching two of my little children and had them with her. The service center made her wait 2 hours but did not even fix the tire. After the 2 hour wait with her grandchildren, they came and told her she has to replace all her 4 tires and gave an estimation of 1200. Mind you, she just have them rotated at Costco not even a week before. All they wanted was to increase their sales and had BAD intention of wasting my mother's time for 2 hours. Thank goodness for Costco. She went to Costco and everything was fixed with no issue- Obviously, Goodyear was not willing to help an older woman and wanted to scam her for new sets of tires and hoping for her to fall for their scam and tricks. Nicholas was the technician and the sales rep was Francisco. They are very deceitful human beings. We were disgusted with Goodyear Tire Center, stay away from this location. read more
