I've reformed. Goodwill resellers I commend your spirits and determination. Thank you for your service. Bathrooms are clean but the hand dryer doesn't work in the woman's bathroom. Interesting. Went peak hours around noon and slowly the crowd died after 3, the all dayers are still a large crowd, but it's manageable. Competition is fierce but was pleasantly surprised that people were pretty polite! Personal space was honored, some people just have their routine down and they dig like machines. Everything is relatively neatly organized. There was very little staff, they try their best and are friendly but it's only so many people in a large space. Didn't find anything horrific except some buyers who were hacking these dry throat wet nasal coughs all over the clothes while sorting through. Scary. Prices are $2.35/lb for soft goods now. Don't really appreciate goodwill raising their prices for items they get for free, but still there's no better deal around. read more

I've spent tons of time at this Goodwill Wholesale, digging through tons of clothes, electronics, and other items. Everything is sold by the pound and is separated into soft good items (clothes, handbags, shoes) and hard good items (electronics, books, misc items like cards and frames, etc). You'll pay more per pound for soft goods than hard goods, but it'll barely make a dent in your wallet. Although...they have raised the prices this year, so I'll update this review with the current prices (I think it's .99 cents for hard goods and maybe $1.99 for soft goods). There are blue bins exclusively for clothes and other bins exclusively for all other items plus three or four bins for shoes. Let me tell you some of the great things I have found: 1) great looking shoes in my size. I cleaned them up and they looked brand new! 2) a bunch of clothes in good condition. I tried them on, found which ones fit/I didn't like, and re-donated to the goodwill (it's the ciiiiicle of life). Plus, I found a pair of Levi Jeans that fit. One of the best pair of jeans I have ever bought since I'm too poor to buy Levi's directly from the source. Not only was the material thick and study, my butt looked fantastic! Talk about a lift without the surgery! 3) various pairs of sunglasses since I sit on them all the time and break them. I always need extras. 4) Christmas and thank you cards as well as wrapping paper and gift bags 5) found a portable a/c and heater unit. That unit has saved my me from freezing / overheating so many times, especially since I don't have central heat or air. 6) best find ever was a Kitchen Aid mixer. It was the most expensive goodwill item I've ever bought (I think it was like $60ish bucks), but I (okay, my husband) cleaned it up and it works! It still works today! I baked SO many things using that Kitchen Aid Maker. And here I was being a chump and using my own hands for so long. Lesson learned. 7) I can't tell you how many other miscellaneous knickknacks and other things I've found. Belts and toys for my dogs and board games newly wrapped in plastic plus funny mugs and books I've enjoyed reading. You can spend an entire day here and not spend more than like $20 bucks or you can fill up carts full of stuff and spend a lot more, but end up with a carload of items. To prepare for goodwill, bring gloves as you WILL be getting your hands dirty otherwise. Grab a cart and look for a place to put it against the wall so you can grab stuff, put it in the cart, and go back to "your area" and sort what you want and don't want at your cart. Also, be prepared for there to be LOTS of people. People are typically good about not elbowing you and stuff, but don't expect a lot of personal space as you dig through the bins. Finally, mentally be prepared for hours filled with shopping as you prepare to bring chaos into order! read more

I love this place so much i visit about once a week. I find the cutest things and often designer if i get lucky. My only complaint is that the workers can be a little snappy but honestly that place is VERY crowded and full of aggressive old tias so i really cant blame them. They dont wash anything or look through them so sometimes it smells or you find trash so i always wear gloves before going. Thursdays and tuesdays are the least crowded days imo. And again beside the crowded days snappy workers and trash laying around really dont matter when your getting insanely good deals like for example i got about 20 pieces of clothings including two designer jackets for 15 bucks. In this economy its really unbelievable you can get a literal TV for 20 bucks or jordan 4s for 10. Im telling you if it didnt have its flaws it would be too good to be true read more

Not what I expected smells bad clothes are super dirty wear gloves when digging through bins one bin had what looked like poop in it you have to be 13 to go through bins so don't bring kids. 2.99 a pound for soft items . 1.99 for hard items . Alrighty, this shopping trip was an experience. Look up YouTube videos about the goodwill outlet before coming here. I was not mentally prepared for how to shop here. Also, BRING GLOVES. The bins are full of underwear and mysteriously stained clothing. I am no stranger to thrifting but had never seen clothes in this condition, then again it is an outlet. We got here right at opening. The "vets" of this location were seething and ready to shop. They filled their carts with so much stuff. We were specifically here for clothing and found some goodies. We left with a massive bag of clothing, over 30 items, for only $35. They weigh your items and charge you by the pound. We had a good experience but definitely come caffeinated and ready to dig as you really have to search. They also rotate the bins out every 30 minutes or so so you could make this an all day experience. If we lived in the area I would definitely come again! read more

I wanted to come here a few times before writing my review, first off yes they do yell when you grab the bins, but I don't blame them. Do you know how often they have to repeat this through out the day? I honestly would suggest putting up signs everywhere that you can't grab the bins until they are all out out. 2nd this isn't your original thrift store you have to get your hands a little dirty and dig in!!! You can find a lot of gems, but it all depends on how well you dig in and look. 3rd I didn't have any problems with customer service, I felt everyone was doing there job and were polite, I even was helped outside with my things and had a short convo with one of their employees. Oh my god where do I start....this is not the place for me. I love to thrift and maybe it's just a personal decision but this place is a mess... I was digging in a bin and found tortilla chips and crumbs all over everything...broken dishes...ripped clothing..broken straps on purses and mismatched shoes. I haven't even touched on the part where when new bins come out...everyone swarms around them and the employees have to yell "don't touch" because people are acting like they are 5 and can't follow a simple direction....BUT once you can touch the items...WATCH out...people are tossing items all over the place. i've gone here many times and finally felt like doing a review! digging through the bins feels like gathering for berries and nuts which can be fun, but there's a lot of customers there who lack spatial awareness or take it way too seriously (like the resellers who ferociously grab the nice garments so they can charge people triple the amount they bought it for .__. ). new bins every 30 mins or so. waiting for the new bins to be rolled out feels like a pack of hyenas waiting to attack their prey. the workers sometimes yell at you if you touch the merchandise before they take off the sheets or if you're standing too close. Then you follow the worker around outside like a crazy person trying to hear if your name is called....while the traffic is noisily going by. When you start seeing people who got there after you lining up to go in. We go tell her we were here before these people and she abruptly states I called your name twice. Well I have always found good luck here , never encountered bad employees the only negative thing would be rude customers from time to time but I can handle my own. If you have plenty of time, firm elbows, and gloves then go for it! It's an experience for sure and if you have patience you could find some gems!! I've found Lululemon gym bags and Doc Martens but I've also found broken glass and pee-scented items. I'm slowly learning the rules and ways of the "bins." Leave your cart lined along the perimeter of the room. You can bring a sheet or use a blanket to cover your goods. Bring a bag to place your goods in after purchasing. Also, they bring new bins out ever 30 minutes or so. People go INSANE. Watch out. They'll throw anything and everything into their carts then go through it later. People can be very aggressive and the cashier I had was fine. Also, they had separate weighing stations for clothing and hard items. Each are different in cost per pound. Have fun, expect to get elbowed, and be open-minded with an open schedule. read more

To whom this may concern, Are you aware that the manager for the goodwill wholesale outlet last night, 05/24/2018 is losing money and customers due to how she treats paying customers? During closing while at least 10 + people were in line with full carts waiting to pay, the manager comes to the middle of the line where I was and says that the man in front of me will most likely be the last one that can purchase items. This made not only all of the people behind me unhappy, but also made me feel like she was cutting off in front of me for prejudice reasons. In all of the years I have been a loyal client of goodwill, I have never waited in a line after looking through items and bins for 90+ minutes just to be told that I won't even have the chance to pay. What made this extremely unfair to your clients and overall a poor way of doing business is: - only one register was open and the manager was not helping the only cashier to speed up the process - manager argued with customer's that were weighing items and was limiting time for everyone else - instead of standing at end of line and announcing that where she stands is the end of line and no one else after her to allow the customers that had already been in line the chance to purchase their items, she targets the customers that have been standing and waiting in line and tells us that we are wasting our time. I had put a lot of energy into finding the items I wanted to purchase and my arms were tired from the time I spent in your store to find them. Your employee had been short, cold, and lacks the proper customer service skills that a manager for your company should have. I have never seen a business run this way. The potential customers that she refused to ring up had enough items to easily match or surpass the cashiers and manager pay for that day. It's a little crazy when they bring out the new bins, but, your experience there depends on why you go in the first place. I'm an ER nurse, and come to get cheap, warm clothes for the homeless. I'm able to get 3-4 large trash bags full of clothing for about $50, which is amazing and I gladly pay out of pocket every couple weeks to help those in need. Keep in mind, there are people that stay there all day, day after day, looking for an expensive item that they can turn around and sell. People get aggressive tearing through new bins. With that said, my best advice is to watch what goes on for about 30 min before you decide to jump in. You can get a lot of great stuff, at a ridiculously cheap price. It's just a unique "shopping environment". On a side note, the workers there that I've talked to are super nice and friendly. The lady with the I love Jesus lanyard had to be the worst part of this place. She had the worst attitude, the tone of her voice and demeanor weren't cool at all. She accused my mom of "taking" things from bins we weren't supposed to dig into. My mom didn't of course she just had one glance inside the bin and this woman decide to yell at her in very rude tone "DONT TAKE ANYTHING FROM THERE!". My mom just walked back and that's when i got upset. How dare this woman talk to my mom like that. There is a certain way you talk to people and that's not it. My supervisor was relying on gossip, innuendo, and petty jealousies. Most of the co-workers were commenting that because of this there was no place for advancement with this manager. A pair of gloves and large bags are a must!!we found great gems for a low price. $1.59 per pound for clothes, linens etc. I took teen age granddaughter and they found 30 pounds of great finds! I'd say for the average consumer you would not like this place. If you have been second hand shopping your whole life it's a sold 3 stars. Parking fills up quick! It's smells, it's hot, there are flies everywhere! This place carries the leftovers and unwanted items from all the other goodwills around. Major tip: Wear gloves people are gross enough to donate soild items or sometimes the bundle of clothing has been stored for god knows how long in containers were they can get wet and grow mold. Bring hand sanitizer leave it in your car bc it's dirty in there. People are aggressive when new bins come out. After you select all your close make sure it doesn't have any unwanted stains or holes. You have to like the digging process to like the bins and yes it is exactly as I'm describing. read more

I call these kind of places the goodwill bin, you'll be surprised at some of the items that trickle down to here. Either they didn't sell in the store or they just came straight here. I have found designer shoes here like ferragamo and Stuart weitzman in amazing condition. As they bring out the new bins people do get a bit crazy but they are usually after tools, sneakers, electronics, toys. The way they price things are by weight of Soft goods and weight of hard goods. I don't think they always charge me right when I've gone. They charge by the pound so if you have 1pair of shoe that is below that weight, you get charged that min either way. read more

This thrift store is awesome! Now the people that shop here not so much! Haha Today was my first time here and let me tell you I came out exhausted but very happy with my great finds. Also the prices are really good everything is weighed by the pound and I believe it's .49 cents per pound for hard goods and I had about 30 lbs of merchandise so I paid $14 and change but I got so much stuff! I was like really that's it? (: they have these huge bins with everything you could think of in them and bring new ones out about every 30 mins so you have new stuff to see. Overall it was a great experience but you do have to dig in the larger bins. I would recommend to bring gloves because there's a lot of dust. read more

It's like Easter egg hunting with adults and a goodwill logo slapped on it! As already mentioned, you have to be ok with this kinda shopping. There are no shelves and no things on display. It's a big room with bins on wheels. The clothes bins are not organized by sex, size or anything. The misc bins are a mish mash of everything. electronics, toys, household items. You have to dig, you're gonna get your hands dirty and if you're cool with all that, you can find some treasures. Lots of broken stuff too, so don't freak out. I got a couple books, an old 80's toy and some vhs tapes. They weighed it, and my total was about $4! Also, they swap out the bins every 20 minutes to half hour.
