The first time was two years ago when I first moved to the area, The Corner Treasures was one of my first stops at the Van Wert Chocolate Walk. I promised myself I would returned but then covid happened and so much else got in the way. I walked around and there was obviously a lot less things for sale then when I first came in here two years before. Owners were definitely nice people. Really wish I would have made time to check it out before they went out of business.

The staff are very friendly and make you feel that your appreciated. Whenever I donate items, the staff are always willing to help you unload. I never feel like I'm inconveniencing them. Overall just wonderful people. I love that we have such a great organization in our community.

We missed so many shops in Michigan because they wouldn't allow well behaved dogs! Their loss! The owner, Sabrina, is as sweet as her shop! There are SO many wonderful things at reasonable prices and the place is bigger than it looks! It's neat, tidy, and well organized. My only complaint is that it is over 2 hours from where I live! I found a sweet artist print that I took home but had to pass on a furniture piece that we didn't have room for! Don't miss this one if you love antiques, collectibles or home decor!! We will be back again!

Don't be fooled by its size when you pull in. This place is gonna take some time to make it…read morethrough. The aisles are clean and booths are great and often refreshed with new items. We find new things each time we go. If you don't find something here I would be surprised. Prices are great. We never leave there empty handed. We've rarely ever had to wait in line at the counter and the employees are quick to help with whatever you need.

I wish I could give this store a better review because I genuinely loved one of the dresses I tried…read moreon, but the experience with the owner was incredibly disappointing. The dress fit me well, but the smaller zipper was broken and would not stay zipped. When I brought it up, the owner suggested putting a corset back in it. I told her I didn't want that look, and she responded: "Okay, well the zipper isn't going to stay zipped because the dress is too small for you." The issue was a broken zipper--not me being unable to fit into the dress. Later, I was holding that dress along with another dress I wanted to try. When she asked if I was still looking, I said yes. She looked at the dresses and said: "Well all of those dresses are 0-3, so if you think you can actually fit in them..." That was the point where I put everything back and left. Being told a dress doesn't fit is one thing. Being spoken to in a condescending way and having your body questioned while you're shopping is another. And when those comments are coming from the owner of the store, it makes the experience even more disappointing. Customers should be able to shop for a dress without being made to feel ashamed or unwelcome because of their body. I won't be returning.
