It's very difficult to find something appropriately priced. This is getting out of control it is very unfortunate for people to shop at thrift stores because they have to.

The two female associates were friendly and professional and allowed me to browse and try on outfits without being over-involved. The products were well-organized and divided by gender, color, and size. I felt like I was able to see everything in my size that I was interested in without searching or feeling overwhelmed. Speaking of size... I noted they have an excellent variety of sizing from xs to 3x. That is great news for people who can't even expect to see their size carried in some stores today! I left the store purchasing two outfits, a blazer and a winter vest (all name brands or 'vintage' and on trend) for less than $40. I have officially become a loyal customer and I look forward to trying their other location soon.

The staff was helpful but not overwhelming, and the little touches that are used in this store allow for an enjoyable experience. And there is a rewards program! The new store is so beautiful but the prices are not. Truly hoping they don't price themselves out of business. Viewed today as I shopped... $2.99 for a dollar tree item that still has the dollar tree sticker on it. $3 for an item that was donated to them, and originally cost $1. A small (3x6) Anchor Hocking casserole dish, $10. Small (5" diameter) Pyrex bowl for $4. Mini rolling pin. $5. Art for $70. SEVENTY when you can pay less at a Kirklands sale (and I will from now on). We've supported this thrift store and shopped local for years but sadly I won't be going here again.

They have a section of voucher only merch earmarked for immigrants and others getting established. They also provide new linens and beds. Some of the English speaking voucher recipients are loud and greedy. This would be a five star review, but there is man back where they sort donations. He can be heard in most of the store because he uses a vibrator to speak, probably due to a laryngectomy. This man dictates prices. He also sets low prices on certain items for him to buy himself. He brags about having barns full of stuff. He also has them set aside items to sell on Facebook, but cross borders has nothing listed for sale on Facebook. Seems a little shady, but they do help people get settled, so I will still shop there.

Terrible customer service. Grumpy elderly lady was obviously angry at us for being there even…read morethough they didn't close for nearly a half hour. We were in and out in plenty of time, and she still seemed angry while we were on our way out as well. Most likely will not be visiting again.
