The two female associates were friendly and professional and allowed me to browse and try on outfits without being over-involved. The products were well-organized and divided by gender, color, and size. I felt like I was able to see everything in my size that I was interested in without searching or feeling overwhelmed. Speaking of size... I noted they have an excellent variety of sizing from xs to 3x. That is great news for people who can't even expect to see their size carried in some stores today! I left the store purchasing two outfits, a blazer and a winter vest (all name brands or 'vintage' and on trend) for less than $40. I have officially become a loyal customer and I look forward to trying their other location soon.

This is because I'm not the hugest fan of Vera Bradley products, and I feel like you need to be a huge fan in order to appreciate it. Also, this sale is isn't as sale-y as people think it is. It's kind of like shopping at Kohl's: Yes, the tag says you're saving 75%, but what does that mean, really? The price is always marked way up. But people like to feel like they're getting a bargain, and so these types of sales exist. I'll tell you what I do know, though, after visiting the sale. I think if you're OK not being the very first person there, you should visit the sale in the afternoon. Get there after the initial crush of people. This sale happens once a year, and it's extremely popular. But when I visited in the afternoon, I was able to walk right in without having to wait in line. It was rather pleasant! Not having to deal with people is always pleasant. And there was still a lot of stuff to choose from. I mean, there's a lot of Vera Bradley stuff. You will find bags and purses, luggage, clothing, home goods, kitchenware and even shoes. It's all Vera, all the time, all in a 100,000 square foot space. The people who work/volunteer at the sale are super friendly and enthusiastic, so there's definitely an energy about the sale. If you're into Vera Bradley, you definitely want to visit the sale, if only to see the wide variety of things available.

A friend of mine worked there in the past and I could tell that he and the others who worked and owned the store took great care in its curation. The outdoor seating lounge and also the one inside offered plenty of seating. The indoor lounge is dark and cozy, just like I like the esthetic of a cigar lounge. The faux fire place was the icing on the cake. My favorite cigar brand was well represented throughout the establishment. The humidor is packed with all of the best brands. I found cigars here that aren't available in my area. The staff were friendly, accommodating and a lot of fun. The event seemed to be catered by a regular of the lounge. The food was great.
