I have been thinking about my experience with Phantom Fireworks, all I can say is that if your going to advertise certain promo's than you need to honor those promo's. This year we decided to go all out for the 4th of July. We set a budget and drove an hour in a half just to visit Phantom Fireworks. We chose Phantom because their website said BUY ONE GET ONE FREE on all fireworks. And SPEND 450 DOLLARS GET BUY ONE GET 2 FREE FIREWORKS. They were also selling 2 dollar books that has some coupons in it. Nothing I purchased qualified for any of the coupons. When I got to the register I had question's about the advertised deals, I was told that my answers would get answered after they rang up what I had in my cart. Well according to the cashier only two items in my cart in my cart qualified for the buy one get one. A grand finale and a set of sparklers. I tried asking questions about what they advertised and was dismissed right away. I had spent over the 450 dollars and was told that I did not qualify for the buy one get 2 free promo. I paid for my items and left for the long trip home, when I arrived I went through all that I had brought and doubled check the website on the deals. Turns out I was correct the website clearly states that ALL FIREWORKS ARE BUY ONE GET ONE FREE. It does not say anywhere that there are exclusions to this PROMO. I called the store the next morning and spoke with the manager, she pulled up my account and looked over it. She went on to say that the cashier didn't ring up my purchase under the promo. She than stated that the items I purchased didn't qualify for the promo. Again their website states this, STORE PROMO:
BUY ONE GET ONE FREE ON ALL FIREWORKS! read more
