    Who's pricing these things... 10$...
    Ki M.

I've been witnessing goodwill take advantage of this whole inflation crisis... this is the place people went because they could afford things due to the impacts of fake inflation and now they also are adding to it. We all know goodwill BANKS money since they don't have to pay for any of their products but to upcharge 300% . I even saw an item with the store tags still on it and their price was higher I'm sorry what.

Pricing is kinda high, store is unorganized. The people are nice but the prices make it not worth the drive.

Employees are very nice. No bargain colors. No coupons allowed. Very small. Not worth the trip

In fact, I used that tennis racket to teach myself to play tennis, which I ended up playing in high school and college.

Goodwill-type selection at best. Quality control went out the windows when sellers were able to…read morehang their own clothes up. I've found some pretty gross/old items. I guess it also has to do with balancing volunteer time, but I think that was a bad idea. The clothing racks are packed so full with items that aren't relevant to the season (snow pants & coats for the Spring/Summer sale and shorts & dresses for the Fall/Winter sale), it's hard to even look through. The toys are hit and miss. Sometimes you'll find a good lightly used toy, but mostly it's games with pieces missing and $10 miscellaneous bags of McDonald's toys that people are trying to get rid of.

I did visit their Cleveland East sale on the second day of the 3 day sale and was completely surprised and disappointed by the merchandise for offer. I have shopped at many children's resale events in the area (sponsored by community organizations) and shopped at other permanent children's resale stores. The clothing at the Big Red Wagon sale were by far in the worst condition I have seen, and the prices were significantly higher as well. Maybe if I had gone on the first day of the sale there would have been a better selection. On the positive side, I did prefer that they had all the clothing sorted by size, which makes shopping much faster and easier than at the table-style community sales. They also appeared to have plenty of people ready to help check out shoppers, which can be a hassle at some of the community sales.

A wonderful store that supports quality nonprofits…read more The store is always well maintained and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The furniture section is set up beautifully --it looks look a furniture showroom. The furniture quality is excellent and well priced. Instead of paying $800- 1000 for a new, fake wood, cheaply made kitchen/dining room table set with chairs, you pay a fraction of that price for real quality wood furniture. They also have couches, chairs, tables, lamps, cabinets and desks. I purchased a quality kitchen table with two leaves. Ellen helped me remove the leaves so I could see how the table worked and see the differences in size with and without each of the leaves. She answered my questions and helped me set up delivery. She was super helpful--thank you Ellen. The table arrived the following Monday. The two gentleman who delivered it were great (a big thank you to them). I've been to the store on several occasions and there are always new items coming into the store. They have a nice selection of used hard and softback books (adult, teen and children), kitchen utensils, brand name dishware and dish sets (Lennox), clothing (including shoes, hats, and coats), jewelry, framed artwork, holiday decorations, figurines, games and toys, and much more. In addition to the table, I've purchased several bracelets, an outdoor garden statue (I had seen it before on Amazon but the Amazon price was too high for me), books, and a dog trinket box. It is well worth your time to stop in and check out all the well priced quality items they have.

Big thrift store with good selection of clothes, decent amount of other items. Prices are OK,…read morealthough the new pricing system as of late 2025 can be a bit confusing. The people working there are friendly and helpful, although it seems to be a bit understaffed. The Fairlawn Salvation Army thrift store used to be one of my favorites, then they eliminated some of the discount colors and then went to a system with most of the clothes being priced according to what they are, i.e. pants and shirts are $4.99 and there is one color that is half price (although on Wednesdays everything except one color are half price). On my most recent visit they have backtracked a bit so that most of the brick a brack and shoes are individually priced. There are still some good values, however the selection seems to be not as good and it can be confusing what certain things cost. The advantage of the current system is that if you find a high quality piece of clothing you do get it for a good price. The non-clothing selection has definitely decreased, the selection is limited and there are not a lot of interesting items. In the past I have found some really nice items, but now it seems like most of the stuff is nothing really special. Overall a pretty good thrift store, but not worth a trip just for thus store.

Nice variety of items. Fair prices not like other thrift stores that want top dollar. We enjoy…read morelooking around.
