I came to this location today to ask for assistance this morning. The lady immediately had an…read moreattitude once she walked in to the room. I asked her why they havent been open at 8 am for the past few days and she told me they had been and began to argue with me. I drive by this location every single morning when I take my son to school, I also sat in the parking lot for 20 mins yesterday and the sign on the door was posted closed. She was extremely rude and was yelling at me. Even cutting me off when I would try to speak. Then she proceeded to tell me that she didnt have to help me and I told her why are you acting this way when all I did was ask a simple question. Then she says they arent gonna help me till next week. I told her since she wanted to be so rude to me that I just wasnt going to come back and that she could just take my info out of her book. I reached over when I said this and between us both the page got ripped out. She then starts writing on the paper. I told her just to throw it away and that I would make sure to tell people how she treated me. She tells me while I'm walking out the door "fine the less the better". This woman should not be assisting the salvation army period. I cant imagine how many other people she has treated this way. It is already embarrassing enough to have to ask a place for assistance and then be treated the way she treated me this morning.

Prices are amazing and the store is well organized so you can find great deals. If you happen to be in the planning of a vintage party, you can certainly find clothes from many decades and still in good condition. The staff are always so very nice as well. Pretty convenient location also and easy to get in and out of the store. They don't overfill the racks so you can actually see the clothes. This 600 square foot space is a sensory overload with something for everyone. When you browse you see so much. Don't think one pass through is enough, you will see something you missed everytime you look around. It’s not cluttered, but tastefully laid out to showcase many unique gift items. At 18 years old, I was “picking” before that was even a term used. My passion is finding vintage items to use in unique ways. This store is smaller than the stores in more…read morepopulated areas....and as I understand, don't get as much or as high a quality items as the larger, busier stores. That's not a reflection on the people that work there. I have never met an employee at this store that wasn't friendly and helpful. Yes, sometimes the lines are longer, especially on sale days, but it goes fast.....if you're getting a good deal, isn't it worth the wait? Life is too short to be so negative!
