Prices have increased too much. No bathroom facilities for public use. Too small , difficult to navigate the aisles, staff are wonderful. Wonderful staff doesn't balance out the negative. I shop there very rarely. read more

This super is wonderful. As I was shopping today and listening to someone vacuum, I actually thought to myself "They keep this place pretty clean" because every time I've been in there I hear the vacuum. Prices are amazing and the store is well organized so you can find great deals. If you happen to be in the planning of a vintage party, you can certainly find clothes from many decades and still in good condition. The staff are always so very nice as well. Pretty convenient location also and easy to get in and out of the store. They don't overfill the racks so you can actually see the clothes. It also has great hours so you have some flexibility for planning your shopping trip. read more

Prices have improved and if you shop sale days they have amazing finds. Friendly staff and merchandise is very well organized.

Pros: Price and selection are great. The store is neatly kept and it's organized well. Some really friendly and helpful employees. Adequate and convenient parking. Cons: An occasional interaction with a less than thrilled/inconvenienced employee (or two in my experience). Overall: Could there be improvements? Yes. I am a longtime customer at Outreach thrift store even thoughI live across town and there is a Goodwill 10 minutes from my home. However...oh dear. I have debated on writing this bc well who reads thrift store reviews? But the more I think about my last 2 experiences donating GOOD, CLEAN, ORGANZINED things to them and driving past 2 Goodwill stores to do so, I had to write this. 1 week ago I donated 3 boxes/bags of washed, pressed and 2 items that I had taken to be dry cleaned before donating. I also donated a lot of my quilting fabrics, quilt kits, notions, books. It was raining but I drove out of my way to donate to Outreach bc they are small and I thought they would appreciate my items. I parked in front, went in and told the lady what I had brought and I was excited to share my items and shop while I was there. She nodded, said nothing. I went out and lugged it all in, she did hold the door. I had everything organizes and was explaining what was in each box/bag. She said, "We are just going to dump it all in the pile" while sorta acting inconvenienced to have to accept my donations. Never said anything else to me. I did look around to shop but only bought 1 magazine not my usual haul bc she was still upset with me. I will never drive over there again. There is a Goodwill drop off 1 mile from my house, they always say thank you, come back and see us, have a nice day. So, that is all. I just wanted to let whoever know that nice manners go along way in keeping customers. When I donated over the summer, same story. I love this store! Goodwill has gotten so outrageously overpriced, and it's good to have some place to go that's reasonable. All clothing is .99 the first Saturday of every month. I've found some great vintage collectibles for almost nothing-unlike Goodwill, who charges at least $1.99 for even the most unworthiest of items. Staff is always pleasant as well.
