Less than 10 minutes later she went back to get it and was told they crushed everything but the ride on. The staff were rude to her. I am beyond furious about this and will never support them again!

The store was mostly empty and the workers were busy replenishing items and talking amongst themselves. When I went to check out there was no one behind the counter and no one in sight of the counter. I waited patiently, finally the phone rang and a woman (older woman with shoulder length hair) rushed past me without saying one word, no apology for my wait or not seeing me etc. She proceeded to pick up a bell from behind the counter and place it in front of me without saying one word to me. She then turned her back to me and took the phone call. I quietly placed my purchase on the counter and left. I have never left a 1 star for any business and I plan to never again have to do this, especially to a small business. It is my hope that this review will prevent others from being treated the same way.
