The employees in there aren't helpful and almost a bit rude as if I am not wanted there. The store is WAY too crowded that it's overwhelming. The selection also seems to have gone down hill when it comes to style, quality and price. It's a real shame because I love supporting local. I heard there might've been a change in ownership but not 100% sure. I sadly don't think I will be returning to this boutique.

I took a photo of the tags to look online for a smaller size. I found the identical top (Democracy) at VonMaur. The msrp tag was $42.00; it was not a marked down price! The msrp price was removed from the manufacturer tag at Four Seasons. Their own tag had the $61.00 price on the top. Maybe they do this with all items so when they mark them down you'll just be paying the msrp price??

We were immediately welcomed by not only a calm, inviting atmosphere but also the very pleasant owner and the sweetest little dog, whose greeting put the biggest smile on my face (we could've easily spent our whole vacation playing with them). The store itself is adorable, but what really stood out was the selection. My girlfriend found styles here she'd been unable to find in all of Los Angeles, and the owner's help made the experience even better. We left telling everyone on our trip that Cherry Lane was a must-visit.

The oddities they carry are always some of my favorite things to shop for. They always seem to have new and unusual stuff to browse and take home. Great gifts for yourself and for others. Price point is about average. Obviously shopping local you can expect to pay more for some items, but they are usually right on track with what you might pay online. Their oddities can sometimes run rather pricey, but that's mostly because there's nothing else like it in the area. I'd say, overall, they have something for everyone on every budget.
