During the several minutes it took to complete the form, the gentleman had the jewelry undergo a sterilization process (couldn't have been more than 5 minutes). He then ushered me back to a room with a recumbent chair. After sitting down, I was asked the metaphorical "is this your final answer" question to verify that I was satisfied with what I wanted; following that, bam, right lobe. And bam left lobe. No pain at all. They were very knowledgeable and professional with regards to informing a newbie to piercings, such as myself, about aftercare and hygiene. I returned 6 months later to get the studs downsized and got a helix while I was there. Same experience as before with the exception of experiencing a noticeable pinch of pain, but I'm certain that's more or less because of the different location of the helix and the more rigid consistency of the cartilagenous flesh that had to be pierced. I wasn't sure if she wanted to get freaky with a Gen X couple or steal my girlfriend's Coach purse. It finally occurred to me that she was loss prevention. So in a not so subtle, overt manner, I pointed out that she was following us. Needless to say, she immediately disappeared. Good riddance! If you happen to visit the "Customer Service" department at this location, you're in for quite the experience. Most likely you will encounter an older, heavy set lady with graying hair and glasses named, "Carol". Carol is the living embodiment of the core values that I mentioned earlier. Despite the signage clearly stating that they "will happily Exchange or Refund merchandise", they will refuse to do an exchange! Carol threatened to call security because I took a photo of the signage! I purchased three pairs of Jeans on Black Friday, but they didn't fit. When I visited the store, they refused to exchange them for another size. They were only willing to refund my money. This is by design. By refusing exchanges and performing refunds instead, if the original purchase price was lower than the current price, you will lose your savings and Walmart will pocket the difference! A subtle, sneaky, and nefarious business practice. Buyer beware!

She opened the door and her $20 was stuck. So be careful if they give you a card or if you pay cash, almost like a scam to take your money if you don't pay very close attention. If something goes wrong they don't care and will not be accountable and will treat you terribly! I usually love shopping at Target and spend LOTS of money on my Target runs but they took my $25.00 and lost all future business! I guess I will save $$ in the long run!! Terrible customer service!!
