They told me to call the 1-800 number, then when I called they referred me back to the store. The "manager" at customer service told me there was nothing he could do. I also paid with cash and the checkout system shorted me $20, I put 6 twenties in but it only registered $100. The checkout person put a twenty in and it didn't register her money either! She opened the door and her $20 was stuck. So be careful if they give you a card or if you pay cash, almost like a scam to take your money if you don't pay very close attention. If something goes wrong they don't care and will not be accountable and will treat you terribly! Was buying just a couple of items and they had to do the transaction at least 5 times Then when I checked my credit card balance on-line about a week later my card had a duplicate charge! You have to watch them here a bit. This should not be happening. I don't have problems anywhere else I use cards with processing.
