Well, I get to the store to pick up my order. Only part of it is there. Then the lady proceeds to tell me that the computer only shows that I ordered 3 items. I ordered 5 items, showed her my email receipt, and she proceeds to get even more rude, which yes, in turn, I was rude back. She then tells me that the other half of my order may have been canceled, so I ask her, wouldn't they have let me know they canceled it? She said, they would possibly send me an email, but not for certain. I was like Possibly?? Wth! So now, I have to call customer service tomorrow to find out what happened to the rest of my order and my money.

A nice gift shop, fairly large and a good variety of different items. Obviously, this is perfect…read moreif you're a Deere aficionado or collector. For a general family visit, I wouldn't bother unless you have a specific interest in Deere. As far as corporate gift stores go, it wasn't too overpriced either. I even found a few clearance items! They have a penny squisher machine if you're into flat pennies. Pro tip: The hours for the Gift Shop and Pavillion are different, so make sure you know both are open before you go (if you want to see both).

They all looked like farmers or at least men who knew their way around machinery. Me? Nope. I'm no farmer and I've never been on a John Deere tractor. My grandfather was a farmer who had tractors that were unbelievably old, unreliable, and wild safety hazards. Maybe that's why I bought a bunch of toys without any idea of what I'll do with them... after I play with them through the holiday season.
