The first cat we got was sweet and such a nice cat, but not neutered. The second cat we named Osama Bin Kitty, the attack cat. After about 3 weeks we returned him as he constantly attacked everything & everyone. Then we moved to Indiana. About 6 months later we received a notice that if we didn't show records that the first cat was neutered, an arrest warrant would be issued for us. We had to travel back to Troy to have the cat neutered and the records provided to them. That was the last time for us.

Previous trips, I've found wood blinds for $8 each (unheard of), new range hood for $15 (at least $75 at the store), wood pieces and trim super cheap, paint primer, cabinet doors...etc. Just wish they were closer...then again, I like to stop in here and on the way back stop in Menard's for those things I couldn't find at Habitat. The repair tech was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. In my case the tech had parts on hand and was able to fix my refrigerator on the spot. I am very happy with the service this company has preformed and will recommend them to others as well as use their services again in the future. In mind with the thought that for a company to maintain service calls, general parts on hand, quick service, and skilled tech's is not a cheap deal, I felt in my case the cost was in line with the service and repair.

Incompetent is entirely too good a word to use for this company. We had a problem with our…read moredishwasher. We told them exactly what part broke. It took them two weeks to get the part and show up with it. When they did arrive, they had the wrong part. When I asked them how long it would take to get the right part and come back they were completely non committal. The gist being "Whenever it shows up and then whenever we can schedule you." It is starting to look like it is going to be more than a month from when we first called in the problem on our warranty before they fix anything. Moreover the dishwasher actually worked until their service man came out. After he "worked on it" he assured me that it could no longer be used until he came back with the correct part. It took them two weeks to come out and make the problem worse than it was originally. I spoke to the person who seemed to be in charge over the phone and expressed the opinion that this was rather poor service. His response was that it usually took them even longer than this to perform service and that I should be happy with what I was getting. I have no idea how these people stay in business. I would never voluntarily do business with them again.
