We decided to check out this Goodwill during their 50% off system wide sale. This is the first time I had visited this location and similar to other outstanding locations in the valley, this location is very well organized, clean, and well lit. We mainly focused on men's clothing, including suits, shirts, ties, and belts, and this was a great location for those items. They have the full array of both men's and women's clothing, housewares, sporting goods, kitchen wars, etc.. But I was mostly impressed by the quality and the organization of the clothing. This is definitely a location I would check out again. Service was really strong and the prices were even better especially 50% off! I ended up taking home a couple of really nice suits for less than $10 each, and we're talking name brands including a Jos Bank suit, a Hugo Boss suit and an indigo suit. read more

What an experience! Visiting various thrift shops calms me. I love treasure hunting. I live out of town now where there are not many thrift stores. I was asked to house sit in Phx. Store #119 3202 E Greenway Rd Phx Az 85032 was my first stop. First I had to walk around a homeless person in order to get through the doors. Upon entering I asked employee if anyone called for man passed out front. I guess a norm there? There were several items being sold used $3.00 when one can buy at Dollar Tree $1.25?? Lastly, checkout. Line (only 1) was down an isle. I waited nicely. An older Asian woman came out to open register; good call. I switched lines. Employee Lady waited on lady with a few tables. She then waited on a guy who came from who knows where. She then closed her register and then helped woman with tables load to car three customers who were behind me had paid for their items and left. So I go back to original line and the younger Caucasian starts to defend Older Asian woman. I visited several other Goodwill, the pricing was about the same. I was very discouraged. read more

I think the quality of the store has improved. They had a lot more merchandise than the last time I was here and it seemed like their prices weren't too crazy. Good customer service, the cashier was very nice. read more

Worst employees at this location, especially younger dark haired girl with glasses who always looks angry and never cracks a smile. I Love going to some of the other locations though but this one is just all rude and unhappy workers and they are way , way , overpricing things ! They should be ashamed !!!!!! read more

Go to another goodwill near the area, this one is not worth it. Used to be good but now the prices are ridiculous. The clothes selection is hit or miss, and shirts that are $25 new are marked at about $20. I included some photos of their furnitures that is being priced, in my opinion, way too high. For example, an aluminum trifold privacy screen that was tarnished and falling apart was marked at $80. What really made it worse was that an employee was bragging about pricing things high. read more

Plenty of parking. I started visiting Goodwill just recently, and I found that I thoroughly enjoy browsing the aisles. I feel I could write a short story based on each one of the very interesting items that I find every trip. All the stores seem to be fairly organized and they have very low prices, with some special discounts depending on the day. I stopped here once when I took my car for a repair at the Discount Tire nearby. It is the perfect place to kill time if you are waiting, I can just look at things for hours here. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they are very careful packing fragile items. It makes me think they do have a very good customer care training for their employees. read more

Good location. The area it's located in is ok. Lots of inventory. The dress section is always packed. Lots of shoes and purses. There's a case in the front for the higher end items. I have seen them sell knock off items for a pretty high price. Fake shoes for $150? Come on. They do have dollar days in Thursday's and some saturdays are half off. read more

This, by far, is the nicest, biggest, cleanest Goodwill I have ever been too. I was on the way home from a friend's house today, and stopped here before getting on the expressway. This is one of the locations that I have not been to before, despite me being very familiar with the area. When I walked in, I was blown away! HUGE SELECTION OF STUFF! OMG! Everything here is so organized, and they have a TON of stuff to choose from! (I've been to a few very sad neglected Goodwill's in my day...THIS is not one of them!) I searched through a bunch of clothes, shoes and other stuff while I was here. I didn't buy anything on this visit, but I will be back. Place is awesome, well organized and in really good shape. Everyone loves goodwill. But they have jacked their prices up so high. I can go to Ross and get clothes for cheaper than goodwill, and they don't come with Karen's pit stains in them. read more

This Goodwill is a normal-sized Goodwill, mostly containing clothes, which my friend wanted to browse. I browsed the media section, of course. Some DVD cases were empty so I lost interest, which seems to be a recurring issue every time I go to a Goodwill. We didn't feel like buying anything else either. read more

Goodwill is amazing. All those clothes you're bored with? Give 'em to Goodwill! Then go shopping at Goodwill, because you can find some great stuff. The employees here are nice and the clothes are pretty well kept in size and color order. Husband hates when I go to this one because I always find cool, crafty stuff to bring home and say I'll use, but never do (anyone want a giant 5 foot tall roll of tulle? I swear I'll make that tutu soon...) or some great piece for a future costume (purple, velvet blazer? INSTANT WILLY WONKA). Sign up on their website for email updates and you can get periodic coupons. Because $7 for a pair of brand new Banana Republic pants really isn't cheap enough. read more

This Goodwill is clean and newer. It's been around for about 2 years. Lots of junk. Prices were fair. Broken furniture that should be tossed, not even worthy of being repurposed. I observed employees interact with other customers. Some were nice, one employee not so much. Parking was decent. The store is located on the Southwest corner of T-bird and 32st Street. Check-out was so slow. An "express" lane would be GREAT - always get stuck behind someone buying a cartload of clothing! Or someone RETURNING a pile of stuff. They get LESS STARS for the INCONSISTENT unnecessary drama during check-out. Arguing over a discount for DONATED items, really? :( read more

I show up here from time to time. It is a large store. It is clean and organized inside. It is PACKED on sales days. I've found a few items here including a almost new bottle of Dream Angels perfume for $2. Not bad! I've purchased a few clothing items here for myself..... jackets and sweaters really. Even a jacket for my son. They always have TONS of stuff in the home section. I usually have good luck finding jewelry boxes to re-finish here. I got a nice bookshelf here too. I give it 4 instead of 5 stars because of the theft. I know it's no fault of the sore BUT every single time I find a movie worth watching it's gone. Someone stole the DVD. If you know all the DVDs get stolen why not move them maybe closer to the jewelry counter? Also... ATTENTION PEOPLE STEALING DVDS FROM GOODWILL. QUIT BEING A DOUCHE BAG... EITHER DON'T STEAL OR TAKE THE CASE WITH THE DVD. Thanks. read more

I bought something at a different location and service was great, but then I went to this one to try to return it and they said only the manager could assist me. Ridiculous. So I then waited for an employee to get him for me as they said they would, but he didn't show up after 40 minutes. So I asked for the fifth time and he finally showed up. I had to blow my nose and the bathroom is the grossest place ever, even for a Goodwill. I was not satisfied in the slightest and will not be going back there again. read more

When you walk into a Goodwill there's a 50:50 chance whether it will be a good one or a bad one. This unfortunately is a bad one. It was quite dirty inside. There were lots of spills/stains of various things on the floors and they looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. The selection was mediocre and what there was, seemed like it wasn't organized very well (in fairness, the clothing organization was fine). I appreciate Goodwill and what they do for the community so I would have made this a 2 or 3 star review but what knocks it down to 1 is when I went to make a donation: As I pulled up to the donation drop-off area there was a guy standing in/near the doorway doing something. He looked up at me as I parked. I looked down for a second to turn off my car and when I looked back up he was gone. And he never came back to help me unload any of my donation items, to give me a tax receipt, or to even say thanks. I know the guy saw me and knew I was going to be dropping off stuff. He just didn't want to deal with me for some reason. It took me about 5-6 minutes to unload everything. Nobody ever came. I will not be returning to this Goodwill to shop or to donate. The only good thing about this location is that there is a lot of easy parking. read more
