There's a noticeable difference between this location and the previous, and I enjoyed being able to browse the expansive salesfloor without feeling confined. Various furniture, knick knacks, dishware, books, DVDs, clothing, etc. are strategically displayed for your convenience, and there's always an associate nearby to answer any questions. CRM has various sales and promotions going on during the week for Seniors (Monday), Military (Wednesday), and First Responders (Friday). This location is a bit awkward to get into as it sits at a T intersection with a major street dead ending right into the parking lot of the location. So if you are pulling a trailer or driving a larger vehicle, you may want to park closer to the entrance of the parking lot to avoid getting stuck in the two lane parking directly in front of the store. Once you get into the store, you'll find that this isn't the largest Goodwill, with the majority of the space allocated to clothing. The furniture section in the store was somewhat limited, but did have a couple of bookshelves, entertainment centers, and couches. Same thing with sporting goods, housewares, and miscellaneous items. Not much out of the ordinary here. A lot of wake boards, beach accessories, and golfing accessories, as you would expect in North Florida. From a clothing standpoint, I didn't find much value here at all, despite the massive number of racks. I always use the men's suit section as a indication of the quality of clothing you can find, at least in the men's section. The suit section in this store was really challenged. I think out of 40 or 50 sport coats there may have been two suits with matching pants. And these were more in the Steve Harvey 4-button range. Definitely not anything a modern suit wearer would consider a value. Customer Service was good though. We did end up buying a small IKEA bookshelf and a vintage Ralph Lauren rug, which we purchased for less than $40 total. Definitely a location I would stop in if I lived in the area but not something that I would go out of my way to hit.

This location was one of my go-to stops while building my home and trying to decorate it, inexpensively. Being in the Fruit Cove area, it sometimes has some amazing treasures to be found! One can recognize the effort to keep items organized in each 'room' of the store. Some of the rooms change with the seasons, but also with the amount of merchandise on hand for the purpose of said room ( office, electronics, home decor, kitchen, etc.) This particular location seems to have more home care/decor items/electronics than it does clothing items. I have two serious complaints about this particular location. I'm not sure what can be done about their drop off location behind the store. There is ALWAYS a sign stating that the drop off is closed, yet it has piles of items that have been dropped off and not attended to! There is nearly ALWAYS a stack of well-worn furniture that was unacceptable to sell that is awaiting pick up by sanitation services. And the second is that in the NUMEROUS years I've been visiting this location ... their restroom has NEVER been open to the public. I would think this is some sort of code violation, but I don't know for sure. However, it does make for a problem when one brings a child into the store or needs facilities quickly, themselves.

I was told by the lady working there that Goodwill didn't have drivers to take items and small furniture from this donation site. Pretty sad since these items are given to them to sale so it's a 100% profit. Do better Goodwill. I guess these perfectly good items will see a dumpster.
