Today, President's Day is a 50% off sale! Amazing - and such a popular deal the parking lot was full, the shopping carts all being used, and the line for checkout (and 7 agents to help) was full the whole time! The prices are fair or awesome, depending on the item, and many MANY a gem can be found. Ok ok, then why 4 stars? Downside - No Changing Rooms and maybe 4 mirrors in the entire place. So, get creative, do what I do, wear tight leggings and a strappy tight top so you can try literally everything on over your clothes. Second down side, I see no "go back racks" so now and then you'll find clumps of discarded hopefuls from someone's pile or cart and they need to get moved back to their homes. But, silver lining on these small clouds - RETURN POLICY! You have 2 weeks to try your stuff on at home and if it didn't fit just right, bring it back With Tags On and your receipt and you can Exchange your item for another of same price! Store credit for that return day only. Amazing! I usually go to a Good Will on Blanding but this place is def my new fave second hand spot! read more

I shop here all of the time and find good bargains and deals. usually I get a positive experience, but last time I came here which was today the manager KJ was there and I asked for help for the jewelry counter where I needed someone to get me out some jewelry I wanted. KJ helped the woman that was there before me then didn't help me but then proceeded to help a man that was there after me and told me "you're going to have to wait" while he ran the register. I stood there like 5-10 minutes and he only helped me get some stuff out of one of the counters and I asked him to get something for me out of one of the other counters and he ignored me then went back to the register so I gave up and only got half of what I wanted. He then told me ask someone else so I didn't get the earrings I wanted. Bad customer service need better management. read more

Lots of name brand clothes priced very cheap. Large selection of shoes. Very clean. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

Pretty good selection of clothes mostly. There are lots of purses and various other donated items. I just wish more thrift stores had thrift store prices these days. This place is similar to a good will in a sense. The staff were very nice and the store is clean and tidy. read more
