Instead of listening or offering even a hint of assistance, Leslie repeatedly shut me down, showed no empathy for my discomfort, and acted as if my concerns were an inconvenience. All I asked for was a basic form of compensation, such as a refund or a gift card equal to the value of the donated bag. This was a fair and respectful request given the circumstances, yet the manager chose to offer nothing not even a sincere apology. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, not only because of the loss of a sentimental item, but because of the unacceptable treatment I received from someone who is supposed to represent the store's values. Customers deserve respect, understanding, and professionalism, none of which were shown to me during this interaction. Small bits were sorted and grouped into plastic bags and hung nicely on the boarding walls. It was great for being able to peruse without having to dig through anything. I found that some items were quite pricey in the clothing departments but I got some houseware linens for a great price so its good to be thourough in order to find the best pricing.

Located in a huge old warehouse, and only open the first weekend of every month, you will find what you were looking for and more! The contents are constantly changing, but always something you just have to have! How do these people know? I think its because they are collectors themselves.
