I have tried washing multiple times, even with hunter's laundry detergent as was suggested on some online sites, hanging the clothes in the sun, leaving out in the hot weather, and cold, but nothing gets that horrendous fragrance out of the clothes. It is possible that I am more susceptible to this because I keep a synthetic scent free home, but I don't know how anyone puts up with that smell. My hair smelled like it last time just from being in the store. On the bright side, the people who work there are lovely, they have a good clothing selection, and the place is always neat, but I can no longer shop there unless the fragrance is eliminated.

They have so much clothing and household goods and the prices are great! I often stop in to say hi to Amber and her staff and check out what's new. After going up the steps and opening the door, I was immediately excited to look through the enormous collection. This store is HUGE. Unfortunately I came here 40 minutes before it was closing so I wasn't able to see everything, but that only means that I'll be coming back (again and again...). There was furniture, country decor, jewelry, coins, pottery, crocks, lamps, baseball cards, kitchen items, toys, dishes, candles, glassware, books, dolls... just to name a "few." There were new and old items including collectibles and toys. Because of the sheer variety, anyone and everyone would be able to find something for themselves. The prices honestly weren't bad at all. The most expensive thing I saw was a vintage wingback chair priced at $125 (keep in mind that I couldn't look at everything). The quality/ware of the items ranged from excellent to poor. The poor quality items were very old paperback books with spine creases. I was greeted by a friendly woman who was working at the cash register. Another woman found all the customers to let them know that the store would be closing in 15 minutes. Check this place out!

"Mall" in the sense that it's made up of different vendors…read more Each booth represents a vendor, there were about 4 or 5 isles with booths on each side which equals a good bit of variety in what's offered. While some items were true antiques, others were more recent finds. There were some handmade items, as well as a booth selling toilet paper exclusively. Many had seasonal displays so I imagine inventory is changed frequently. Because each vendor prices their own wares prices can vary significantly, but there's something for every budget. Do take notice of the discount percentage and code at each booth - you'll need to know this when you check out to get the deal. One of the vendors carried chalk paint (Dixie Belle) and associated supplies. She (that's totally an assumption) had a small selection of transfers as well and a beautifully done dresser featuring one that she sells. See pic of sailboat dresser. As someone who paints furniture myself as a hobby I was in awe! Conveniently located on a main highway with ample parking and a Salvation Army next door it was a thrifter's paradise and one I'm glad I stumbled upon. SIDE NOTE: You do need to go up a flight of stairs at the entrance. Many of the booths are pretty well stocked and consist of glasswear. Best to leave the big purse and kids at home.

In my region of South Central PA there are several of these locations I'm sure I'll find something and a much better experience from the staff. My friend brought my kid a little mystery gift bag from this place and I've been meaning to visit for over a year. The mystery bag was probably only a couple dollars but it had actually some great vintage transformer toys. I finally got the chance on a day off to go today. It's a small shop but it is packed with really fun things. So let's start with the fact that they're adoptable cats and kittens here. As of today there are about 13 adoptable kittens and with a five dollar donation, you can sign up to sit with the kittens in the visitation room. Adorable. Also, I am very allergic to cats so I do plan to do this when I load up on Zyrtec, but today, I was only searching for vintage toys. What I managed to find today for under $20 was a transformer Batman car, Spider-Man rockets that were new in the box, a new bumblebee transformer Halloween costume, a toy chainsaw, several toy rats that I could use as an office prank, and the most adorable radio flyer wagon. I did also buy a mystery bag. Had I had more time to dig there's actually a very huge book, record and DVD collection too. This place is just fun to look around and they have some great vintage stuff and everything is so affordably priced. The staff is extremely friendly and I absolutely cannot wait to get back here again. The best part given the recent passing of Dolly Parton, this weekend they're giving a free book to kids who stop in.
