The company called and already told them that I was to be the one contacted when a position opened up. They never called despite my calling once a week or so! I was finally told, by the company, that the position was filled because they never heard from me so I decided to tell the staffing agency to open my file for any job. I waited for about a month and heard nothing, despite seeing constant openings in the paper. So, I gave them a call and they rudely said, "we have no openings," and hung up on me! Terribly rude, no help, and absolutely ridiculous. Avoid if you actually want a job!!!

I don't want to even give this place 1 star. Twice they have set me up for a job, even scheduling…read moreme for an interview the following day, only to call back and tell me there were no open positions or that I am overqualified for the position! They then say they will call with other opportunities, but I don't hear from them for weeks. When I call them, they don't take time out to speak with me and act as if they have no idea who I am. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. I am shocked at the behavior of this business. They have been absolutely no help!

This business is not ran ethically. I know several people who did not recieve their paychecks ontime and had they not called and complained, NO ONE WOULD HAVE EVEN KNOWN. Also, recently my friend needed to go to the doctor and was told that her insurance had been CANCELLED even though the premium comes out of her check weekly. If the people who run this business like you they will do back flips for you but if they don't, don't count on being placed anywhere making more than $10/hour IF you get placed at all. Buyer beware for sure on this one! Oh, AND I heard through the Grapevine (Denton really is a small town) that they are now PAYING PEOPLE to give them a good review on Facebook or Google. That's how honest they are.

I signed up last week of 12/2017. Brittany the rep was nice and helpful in person. I was called 2 × I think in first week of Jan. 2018. When returning call was told filled. Well sir after that called in once or more weekly until almost mid March. After sending email to Brittany in maybe early March did get phone call from her and was told that she would review my app. Then when I saw p t janitorial listing on the site I emailed and phoned but to no avail.Finally drove to office and asked to see Brittany. Came out to lobby and said in nutshell that job details sketchy and supposed to begin following Wed. Told to contact following week and would know more. Well called Monday and spoke to Donna the receptionist.Donna gave me the we'll take your name routine even though I explained was specifically calling about job post and asked for...you guessed it Brittanny. Never said she would email her or transfer to voice mail. Well call ended and after calling right back (and to be fair I probably should have cooled down) and saying she could have offered to take message but instead she was blowing me off she layed down law about reps being busy and this is how it works as in you call in and sit by phone. Well I replied I know they're busy butt was trying to get info on listing on their site. She just kept repeating the mantra like a tape recorder. So after email to Brittany about her front desk person being rude and that might be OK in hick town it wouldn't cut it in the Big D. Well after exchange got nowhere as they both sounded like Stepford Wives. So to sum up kidds can't recommend this branch (Sherman). Goodnight Brittany, where ever you are.

Please do your best to volunteer or help out their mission of feeding & taking care of the homeless in our area. Our Daily Bread provides two hot meals every day to anyone in need. You don't have to be homeless, just in need of a meal. They also provide a free 'market' where people get to take fruits, vegetables, bread, and other misc. items with them. They provide hair cuts, counseling, and warm clothes to the community. I personally feel that this blessing of an organization saves lives every single day. During the summer they have events and even help families out with back to school items. Most of their staff is volunteers and always in need of help. Volunteers do things like drive to pick up donations, cook food, serve food, clean, and take care of people who come in. On Monday nights kids can help out as long as an adult is with them. I have taken kids and it is always an experience that helps put things in perspective and realize how lucky I am. Please consider helping out Our Daily Bread by either volunteering or donating money. Everyone there is super nice and appreciative of you taking the time. Help make Denton a better place and help those in need find shelter and resources to continue on.
