Reasons to avoid: (1) Jeremy and his "firm" are objectively incompetent. This is not just my opinion or experience, it was determined by his state licensing board who disciplined him for failing multiple peer reviews (this is publicly available info - click "see all 8 photos" above to see the photo I submitted which proves this). (2) They messed up numerous times, never apologized, and were impossible to get ahold of when we needed anything. (3) If you couldn't already tell by the "Jeremy A Johnson, CPA is a Yelp advertiser" disclaimer at the bottom of the page or the laughable number of transparently fake 5-star reviews across the internet, Jeremy is a shameless self-promoter who tries (and pays) to distort the facts. Mr. Johnson has been our CPA for our two Auto Parts Companies for more than 3 years now. He has provided us with support and value on top of the monthly accounting he does for us.
