I have always done my own taxes but this year had to file a deceased aunt's trust return and final personal return. I decided to use a profession to avoid mistakes. Tatsiana Bender was referred to us by my wife's former boss who is also a CPA. I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Bender. She was extremely helpful and understood our needs. The program she uses is extremely simple to use. Just upload all tax forms and they are stored in an online folder. Chat makes it easy to ask questions/supply answers. Any tasks needed to be done by taxpayer are listed and checked off as completed. Having to complete three returns was simple with the program. Returns were completed faster than I anticipated and ready to be signed. Anything that needed to be completed for filing was clearly explained. Finally a planning phone call is done to explain opportunities for tax savings next year. I am extremely happy using Bender CPA and would recommend her for any complex tax work or business function. We could not have been happier or more impressed with our experience. My wife and I went to Tatsiana for our tax and business needs last year. She was an absolute pleasure to work with! Her knowledge and experience was exactly what we were looking for. She is one of the most efficient people we have had the pleasure of working with. We constantly found her to be helpful, professional and well organized. Thank you! Jose & Stephanie Serrano read more

I found Bender CPA through a search on Dave Ramsey's ELP website. Tatsiana Bender has saved me a great deal of time, stress, and money with my 2018 taxes! I was especially grateful for Tatsiana's knowledge of my tax situation related to small business implications. I had such a complex situation in 2018 with working full-time, being part-time self employed, a part-time student, and taking a hardship withdrawal from my 401 K for a medical emergency in 2018 (what a crazy year!). Tatsiana helped me feel heard, cared for, and considering as much as I thought I could have owed, she used all the tools available at her disposal to find me a few breaks with my taxes. The entire process was completed via phone calls, texts, and a video chat to view my tax return to finalize the process, which I was grateful for considering I was limited in my mobility at the time I filed. You are in GREAT hands with Tatsiana, I know you will be happy with her services. Thank you Tatsiana, and the Dave Ramsey team, for all the great work! read more

Working with Tatsiana was a wonderful experience! She not only took the time to carefully explain everything I needed to know, she put in the work to maximize my return too. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Tatsiana is one of the most professional people I've worked with in any field. As many people say, she's incredibly approachable and will explain things to you in a basic manner without leaving out the details. I came to her with a pretty messy QuickBooks and accounting record (changed accounting software halfway through the year and then changed back), and she has been extremely patient and helpful in getting my business back on track. I've worked on fixing out accounting for months with other bookkeepers, but none of them would explain and truly help. For the first time, I feel hope in getting control of my accounting and having it as accurate as possible. HIGHLY recommend! read more

I was so thrilled to find Tatsiana through a friend of mine who referred her. This friend had told me stories of a terrible situation that happened with her previous accountant, so I knew the person she had now had to of been thoroughly vetted and experienced for my friend to hire her. I personally, wasn't having the best experience with the accountant I had at the time (missed quarterly payments, failure to respond to emails quickly, etc.) I essentially felt I was in the dark with a lot of things and not supported or informed. From the first call I had with Tatsiana, she alleviated a lot of confusion I had and was able to break things down very clearly for me. I really appreciated her patience to explain things and not belittle me for my lack of experience. In all my communication with her, she has been efficient and timely. She went above and beyond on our final tax call to encourage me in my own personal finance goals and I left feeling truly supported and confident in moving forward with my tax planning. Tatsiana is not only experienced but so patient and skilled in breaking it all down in a way that is easy to digest. She's in your corner and you can tell genuinely cares for her clients. She wants to see them succeed and is willing to go above and beyond what's expected to inform and encourage. Thank you Tatsiana! You are a gem I'm so lucky to of found. read more

I had concerns about my taxes due to some investments and a child in college. I was able to schedule an appointment, online, for an introductory call the very next day! I appreciated the availability so close to the filing deadline! Tatsiana talked to both me AND my son, and at the end of it, it turned out we really didn't need her help to file. She answered all of our questions and let us know she didn't think we needed professional help unless we just really wanted it. She didn't charge for the consultation and was friendly and professional at all times. I almost hope I DO need a professional at some point so I can work with her again!! I was really impressed that she told us we didn't need her this time. A lot of people would have taken advantage of our lack of knowledge and anxiety over rapidly-approaching deadlines. She clearly has very high ethical standards. Everyone should work with her. read more
