Yes, you need to have military access to come here and if you have that you're golden! They had some of the best prices I've seen on the island, I found a vintage Def Leppard shirt for $2 and otherwise found really cheap clothes to wear to the beach and work. It was double punch day when we went so I took part in that and gave the card to my friend who is local. All in all, one of my favorite thrift stores on Oahu!

Since I'm in the area and always have a bag ready to go this Kapolei Shopping Center location was an unexpected find as I was going into Safeway and noticed the vibrant green container along side a recycling center. The sweet lady that's there has been doing this for over 20+ years shows the love they have for giving says it's always been here though it used to be a Goodwill container that got taken over and sits in the same position since. Great to know why some are larger and some are smaller is why it's all being converted to Green Drop and with multiple locations makes it a very convenient stop to keep the giving going strong. Unfortunately, I arrived during the worker's Lunch Break, which is between noon and 12:30pm. He was sitting in his car, under a tree. I parked next to him - in the shade. He smiled and said he would be there soon... No problem! Located at Kapolei Shopping Center (use the driveway between BedMart and Safeway), the pod opened promptly, and I entered my phone number onto the tablet for my receipt to be emailed to me. Very efficient! These GreenDrop pods and trailers are a national attempt to Reduce, Recycle, and Reuse! The donations are sold to thrift shops and the profits go to charities such as The American Red Cross... This pod advertised for United Cerebral Palsy... This is a worthy cause! Support if you can!

Nothing can be less than five stars as they have saved me in more ways than I can recall and this location is no different as it's in Ewa's Lualani Village Shopping Center which home to several other great biz as well. A great average size store and is quite busy for the area is always quite surprising as today is no different with 20+ shopper checking out before me normally I'd give up but did find some items that I needed and the line did move pretty fast. There were about 10 people in front of us with just 1 register open, but the employees opened another 3 in quick order. Our total wait time was less than 5 minutes, and we were done in less than 10, so, good job.

When you're planning to spend time browsing, not having access to a restroom can really affect the experience, and it cut my visit shorter than I expected. Overall, I still like shopping at TJ Maxx and will continue to come back because I can usually count on finding something stylish and affordable. I literally walked around the store just looking at things. Usually, I am the type of person to be in and out. There were so many things that I wanted to buy but limited myself to what was necessary. I found a pair of fun green pants and a cute top for work, along with a separate top and a pajama set. I went to the dressing room to try everything on and the attendant was sweet and friendly. I also found some personal care items that I typically use at a lower cost price which is appreciated these days. When checking out, the cashier was friendly and thoughtful. I definitely feel that I got a full bang for my buck. I will be coming back.
