I will just file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is the worst business to deal with on every level. This company truly needs better training in customer service. They don't know how to really treat people.

I would prefer to support thrift stores who offer fair pricing and will most likely limit my time here. At first we assumed she was an employee because of how aggressively she said it. When we realized she wasn't, we called her out on it. Her response? "Yeah, I'm kind of crazy." What made the situation worse was that the actual employees said nothing about her behavior. No one corrected her, asked her to stop, or even acknowledged how inappropriate it was. On top of that, no staff member informed us when we walked in that the store was closing in 5 minutes even though it was over a hour before the website said they closed, which would have avoided the entire situation. Overall it felt chaotic, unprofessional, and uncomfortable. Customers shouldn't be yelled at by random people in the store while staff just stand there and do nothing. The situation escalated, and during the exchange, the owner forcefully pulled the hangers from my hand, which made me feel unsafe. At the same time, another customer entered the shop regarding a shirt she had recently picked up that had a visible pink tint left on it. Despite the discoloration being apparent, the owner argued with her and denied that there was an issue. She left without any resolution or assistance. Due to the escalation of my interaction, an officer was called to the scene. The officer advised the owner to release my items to me so I could leave. The entire situation was extremely uncomfortable and unnecessary. The cleaning itself was also not done thoroughly. Between the unexpected charges, lack of pricing transparency, poor service quality, and unprofessional conduct toward multiple customers, this was a very upsetting experience.
