Due to the delivery, tone, and aggressiveness there won't be a next time. There's more than one way to say something and so many kinder ways to treat one another.

I was assured by multiple employees that I would be able to pick up the remaining 3 (1 with arms, 2 without) the following day. When I arrived, I was told that the one with arms had been sold to someone else and that they would only give me one without arms. This is not what I purchased. Joanna shrugged it off and walked away from me saying there was nothing they could do, despite being one of the other employees that assisted with the sale only the day before. As far as I'm concerned, that is THEFT. EDIT: I called the district office and Marsha was incredibly helpful and took the time to actually ask the employees at the store what had happened, and they corroborated my account of events. I'm very thankful that she took me seriously and took actual care to investigate the issue. The truck came and the drivers refused to move the items out of the house. I called again and got voicemail again. It's organized really well and has a lot of different sections! The money you spend goes to supporting a great cause, so might as well stop in and buy some great stuff while also supporting others :) Everyone I have encountered working at the store has been soooo kind and helpful. They are all so welcoming! Extras - They have a little parking lot and there are typically spots available all the time! They also sometimes have deals on certain days, so sign up for the rewards to get alerted when they have sales!
