Parking was an extreme challenge at the Brookhust store in Fountain vally. there was absolutely no floor help. unfortunately, clothes were strewn all over the floor at the Fountain Valley location off oif Brokkhurst. This was not evident at the Huntington Beach location. Please announce to the teens peiodically to kindly be fresponsible and respectful and re-hang the clothes carefully after trying them on. In summary, the sales are really a boone to all and much needed amelioration to regular sales prices. Maybe prizes could be awarderd to the neatest store locations and the most considerate local shoppers. Annouce these awards in advance so both shoppers and store emploees could engage in fun, healthy competitions. Sorry for poor typing in some places, and yes, i do know how to spell!

I was happily minding my business in such an upbeat mood shopping and bopping around, when the male associate with the long pony tail and barely says hello to me then reprimands me for having a coffee in my hand with the most odd, bizarre, sarcastic and aggressive energy. You'd think I'd committed a crime the way he said it. Honestly just turned around and left at that point. "Next time leave the coffee in the car". Due to the delivery, tone, and aggressiveness there won't be a next time. There's more than one way to say something and so many kinder ways to treat one another.

They even explained that Salvation Army is now using QR Codes in place of a blank paper receipt. It's good to see friendly staff. It makes a big difference when you're parting with stuff you've always been emotionally hanging onto for decades. They made me feel welcome. Thank you and I will be back. My only regret is that I forgot to take a picture of these folks - they deserve credit for excellence in customer service.

One that involves a husband, wife, GF, or BF getting off work early & maybe calling in sick the next day. Most Halloween costumes say Spirit or Halloween Express somewhere on the packaging. Not these costumes. These costumes said "Forplay" on them--as in the activities that precede the activity. One costume was called "A Scaredly Lion." The woman modeling the costume did not look that afraid though--she looked more like a hungry or thirsty lion to me. A mom checked out a milkmaid costume for her daughter or herself presumably, & I'm not sure she understood the type of milk maid labor this costume implied. Salvation Army, these were not Halloween costumes or costumes suitable for kids; these were spicy night costumes--the kind that are not meant to be worn for most of the night. 5 stars for bizarre amusement in adult slumber party costume merchandise form. Nothing quite like the ideal attire for a special hoe-ccasion.
